Great location

The hotel is located at the heart of Paris and 2-mins walk to the Metro station. The reception is helpful and kind (As i asked for changing the room from a one King bed room to a two single-beds room, they helped me to change once the room was available on my second-day stay). For the room, it was clean and relatively spacious compared to the 4-star hotels in Paris, with traditional-french decorations in the hotel. Upon my stay experience, I highly recommend tourists or business travellers to stay in this hotel. 非常推薦來住這間飯店（非常好的服務.地點以及房間）！！！

很多的旅遊點可步行到，例如巴黎鐵塔，凱旋門，羅浮宮等。酒店價格適中，若可包早餐更好。員工服務態度很好，很樂意幫住客解答問題。附近的餐廳商舖很多，用餐及購物亦方便！

Excellent room with good feel and interior. I like the mini lift very much, it seems older than me ^^

房間太小，網路非常差，只有地點位置是四星級的感覺，可能因為住的是單人房，網路上看到的照片可能是比較高級雙人房，住過其他巴黎飯店，它比較像很好的三星，但沒有四星級的整體 the room is very small, the wifi is very bad ,it's like a great 3 stars hotel but not the 4 stars for my single room

飯店很安靜，但早上七點左右，會聽到外面傳來垃圾車的聲音。房間內沒有電熱水瓶。 櫃台人員很熱心。

La habitación es pequeña pero cumple con todo, la ubicación es muy buena, el person y servicio son buenos.

While the location was excellent and the staff were polite, the overall management was highly questionable. ​After booking with a reward voucher, I was assigned a ground-floor room next to the fitness center and restrooms. Although I overlooked the poor room assignment, the post-checkout handling was unacceptable. An unauthorized 6 EUR minibar charge was processed at 3:00 PM without notice. Even when I returned at 4:00 PM to collect my luggage, no mention was made of this. ​The charge was only reversed after I sent a formal complaint, which the hotel dismissed as a "clerical error." While an apology was offered, such lapses in transparency are beneath the standard of a 4-star Parisian hotel. This experience leaves me doubting whether these "errors" were truly accidental.

Buena ubicación, cuartos pequeños pero muy bien decorados y acogedores. El personal es amable y servicial. Lo único que no me gusto es que no hay control dobre el aire acondicionado / calefacción. Los cuartos estaban terriblemente calientes y la única forma de enfriarlo era abrir la ventana lo que era muy molesto por el ruido exterior.

Muy buena ubicación, todo se llega caminando. Es un hotel boutique, muy tranquilo.

My room was spotlessly clean and exceptionally charming. Just staying in such a totally France-decor atmosphere was a happy experience itself.
