Tof leuk proper klein hotel

Mooie stad, goed gelegen hotel. Vriendelijkbpersoneel. Alles perfect in orde.

Requested room with a sea view, which it had from a roof window. But you could only see the view if you stood right in front of the window. Not worth the supplement. Plus the noise of the rain on the roof window woke you up during the night. The bathroom was compact but refurbished and was very good. Room was old fashioned and tired. Would not stay again.

Belle hotel tranquille, calme propre et bon petit dejeuner. Petit probleme avec la vu mer au premier etage , on voit pas grand chose. Dommage.

When we arrived I had to wait at reception for a while as there wasn’t anyone in attendance. There seemed to be only one person who did everything. The toilet in our room was badly stained in the bottom and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. I complained to the person on the desk and showed her a photo I had taken. She said she would go and clean it whilst we were out. When we returned it had been cleaned but was still dirty at the back which was visible. The following morning I took a shower, I closed the sliding door fully. When I looked down, the water had completely overflowed and saturated the bathroom floor and seeped out onto the bedroom carpet, so much so we had to use all of the towels to soak it up. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told to send an email.

J'ai été contrainte d'annuler ma réservation car ma fille a été hospitalisée en urgence. L'Hôtel n'a pas appliqué sa politique d'annulation et m'a débité mon entier séjour alors que uniquement 50% devait être retenus par l'hotel conformément à la politique d'annulation.

A practical hotel next to the beach. This is a good option for an overnight stop to rest during a trip to/from the UK. Wake up to a good breakfast and the sound of the sea, then continue your journey. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Venus à Nausicaà, nous avions choisi un hôtel à proximité. Nous nous sommes garés en face de l'hôtel sur le parking de Nausicaà et avons décidé d'y rester. La chambre était petite, certes, mais fonctionnelle, avec tout dedans, propre, sympathique et l'ambiance décontractée. A revoir,donc.

Séjour très agréable, personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Lieu calme et propre. Seul bémol la surface de la salle de douche un peu juste.

Une certaine attitude non commerciale de la part des propriétaires vu qu'ils nous ont dit pourquoi passer par un site comme le vôtre plutôt que d'appeler directement
