So sweet that the hotel give us the Olympic gifs and desserts. The reception is so helpful for taking care of our luggage during our one day trip to Bordeaux

Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. My train was cancelled and the staff tried their best helping me to solve the problem.

Hyggelig og serviceinnstilt personalet.. Fin beliggenhet i hyggelige Sait Germain.. veldig lytt mellom rommene og fra gang som var svært generende sent på kveld når andre gjester kom hjem.. samt mye støy tidlig på morgenen bl.a fra renholdere..

Nabil. At the reception, was simple AWESOME

Rommet var helt greit. Ekstremt lite, men det funket greit for noen dager. Virket veldig gammelt og slitt. Hadde besøk av flere edderkopper både i senga og på veggen, så vet ikke hvor godt det faktisk blir gjort rent. Var også EKSTREMT støvete på rommet. Ellers helt ok, kommer nok ikke til å bo her når jeg er i Paris igjen.

Some rooms does not have a view. My view was an outside stares and no light. It's OK in Paris but this hotel is 4 stars grade. Some customers love the view from the room because it's located a nice street. I did not enjoy because the staff gave me the room with no view. Everything else was good, thing like rooms and staffs. Just beware the some rooms with no view. I guess 101, 201, 301, 401 are the ones.

Location perfect for most of the tourist spots , room small but comfortable and the balcony is an added bonus and staff were very courteous and helpful, allowing us to check in early . Highly recommended !

La chambre était impeccable. Il faisait un peu trop chaud. Le personnel a été parfait et très serviable avec nous. Mon mari ayant oublié son téléphone dans un taxi. L’hôtel m’a récupéré et nous la très gentiment renvoyé. Très appréciable.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, the room was much smaller than expected for a Deluxe category, and it was located right in front of the elevator. The walls are thin, so I could hear other guests throughout the night. It’s fine for a one-night stay, but I wouldn’t choose it for a longer visit.

Täcken och kuddar luktade illa. Varför sätter man lysknappen till wc:n utanför badrummet, man väcker övriga när man går dit?

Localização muito boa! Acesso fácil a vários pontos turísticos !

Nunca vi um quarto tão MINÚSCULO na minha vida! Uma aberração! A única coisa que vale no hotel é a localização. As moças da limpeza 7 horas da manhã começam a conversar do lado de fora no corredor e ficam batendo na sua porta para perguntar se porta

Staff was friendly and helpful. We had booked a double bedroom but upon arrival the staff suggested we look at a larger queen size bedroom. Thank goodness we did- we slept much better and had enough room to move around:) great blackout curtains, nice water pressure and plenty of hot water. Plus a hair dryer which was nice.
