Very friendly staff and a comfortable stay. Room was clean and newly decorated. The pillows were very hard but I think they were brand new so may soften up a bit!

The room was not clean.
We can even smell something bad from bathroom when we lay on the bed!!

Fuimos de vacaciones en familia y tuvimos una atención maravillosa por parte del personal,sobre todo recepcionistas,a pesar que estaban en arreglos del edificio en ningún momento se escucharon ruidos que molesten.

Negativos: Hotel não tem muita estrutura, não vendia água ou qualquer conveniência. Faixada e elevador não são agradáveis
Positivo: Localização excelente, próximo do metrô e muitos restaurantes. Apesar da região ser movimentada, não tivemos problemas com barulhos.
