Arrivée tardive (23h). La carte m'attendait sur le comptoir de l'hôtel... L'hôtel est bien situé et calme. Les chambres sont de taille raisonnable. Un peu de bruit sur la palier en raison de la proximité des chambres. Petit déjeuner correct. Check-out efficace.

Hôtel très bien situé en plein centre et au calme, chambre très agréable, confortable et très propre. Le petit plus, réceptioniste charmant et très serviable. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Merci pour ce mini séjour parfait !

The room was small but clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and the hotel was close to the cathedral and old Orleans.

Room was clean. Had no safe or fridge. Excellent location! Close to main town square and lots of restaurants. Near tourisme bureau. When street in front has construction ended, it will be very good. Breakfast was OK.

The Hotel Orleans was very well located if you intend to visit the old quarter and down to the river. While the rooms are quite 'cosy' they are well appointed and clean. The staff were all happy and smiling and eager to help with information about Orleans for your stay. Car parking is located under the square just a 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel issues you with a card before you enter the car park which you need to scan on entry and exit for a better rate than if you took a ticket at the barrier. Be aware, while the parking spaces are a reasonable size the entry and exit lanes are very tight and unfortunately I managed to curb my rear alloy as I was negotiating the exit barrier. Obviously this is not the fault of the hotel which I would definitely recommend.

Vi tog in på Hôtel D’Orleans för bara en natt men fick en positiv upplevelse överlag. På grund av försenat flyg så behövde vi checka in sent på natten vilket hotellet löste utan problem. Rummet var som förväntat, läget är utmärkt, det enda negativa var att vi fick endast en fullstor handduk trots att vi bodde i dubbelrum, samt att handdukarna kändes smått ofräscha. Skulle trots detta rekommendera hotellet för en kortare vistelse i Orleans.

Everything was great, except A/C. Even at 16C, it barely made the room cool.

Alex on reception was amazing, he was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy and we had booked parking which was across the narrow road the hotel was located on and was secure.

Very compact hotel but very friendly and approachable staff, made to feel very welcome. Parking was in a garage opposite the hotel, but unfortunately road works made it lot harder to get in and out of the garage. No the fault of the hotel

Very nice hotel, has a bar and does a lovely breakfast. Rooms are a nice size and comfy. Bike storage is great and its in a great location in the City centre.

The hotel is located right in the centre of Orléans, a couple of minutes’ walk from the Place du Martroi. It’s a well cared for, friendly small hotel. We arrived early, and the staff stored our bags in a cupboard opposite reception. When we checked in, we were upgraded, and the room was superb - very clean, comfortable and large. The shower was excellent. A very lovely, quiet and convenient place to stay.
