Accueil agréable, chambres confortables.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement ! Du premier contact jusqu'à notre départ: l'entièreté de l'équipe a été aux petits soins avec nous. Nous avons eu 2 déconvenues, toutefois l'établissement a été reactif et très professionnel. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté de la chambre (attention, l'absence de rideau de douche, inonde la salle de bains), le confort de la literie et surtout le petit-déjeuner. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir pour notre prochaine visite à Cognac !

Très bel hôtel de charme en plein centre de Cognac vraiment bien rénové et super calme avec une belle cour intérieure. La literie est de bonne qualité et les chambres sont très propres. Petit déjeuner copieux. Personnel à l'accueil compétent mais que personnellement, j'ai trouvé froid

Hôtel très bien rénové : le charme de l’ancien avec le confort du moderne ! Équipe très accueillante ! Mériterait la 4ème étoile .

Room OK, Breakfast OK, "Concierge" un professionnalisme - see my comment on check-in. In French said comment for her perusal, she badly needs some training.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff beyond helpful.. Location was perfect in a beautiful street close to the main square and walking distance to everything. But you must be aware that its a small city ad taxi service is limited... i had to walk to the hotel from the train station and also on my way back.. all the taxis.were fully booked.. 1.4 km not bad but.with a suitcase is not fun... this not the hotel's fault... but you must be aware (the same is i guess for all hotels)

The hotel is lovely and our dinner was excellent.

Unfortunately we arrived late on a Saturday. The parking lot situation was not explained clearly (free parking on the weekend) and we got a parking ticket on the Monday because we did not put money in the meter before 9:00 am. Otherwise it was a great stay! Alan was an amazing concierge!

Très bon séjour,avec un accueil agréable et chaleureux. Endroit typique, calme au coeur de la ville. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. C'était la 2eme fois que je venais et je n'hésiterai pas si je reviens sur Cognac. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent

Well located hotel in heart of Cognac. Parking an issue. Clean, well mantained hotel with pleasant multilingual reception staff. Food and restaurant staff numbers could be better.

Lovely welcome with friendly staff. Bistro cafe ambiance and seating disappointing. All a bit cold. It was too cold to enjoy the internal courtyard but it looked fantastic. No hotel parking but good public parking nearly. Excellent and quiet location nearby cafes, brasseries and restaurants. Comfortable and well decorated rooms.
