I checked in on October 16, 2025. Around 10 a.m., a female staff member wearing glasses was on duty. I told her that I was feeling very unwell, and she quickly offered help. I don’t know her name, but her service was excellent. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I have the chance. I’m very grateful for her assistance!

Excelente servicio y desayuno muy completo, aparte la ubicación es inmejorable, excelente atención oor parte del personal, una experiencia 10/10

Muy bien ubicado, al lado de la estación principal de Niza. La habitación estaba en un correcto estado aunque, a pesar de que el baño estaba reformado y nuevo, la habitación no y se notaba. El personal fue amable y nos dieron la habitación incluso antes de la hora de check-in.

Trabajar con Hotels.com es lo mejor que me ha podido pasar. Son serviciales, atentos y llamar no se convierte en una pesadilla, ya que suelen atender rápido y dedicarte todo el tiempo que uno se merece, cuando de resolver un problema se trata

Mycket bra läge nära stationen och mitt i centrum. Enda att anmärka på är badrummet som var ganska trångt. Mycket trevlig och serviceminded personal.

Nice’de konaklayacaksanız harika bir seçenek. Benim ikinci kez konaklamam. Tek kelimeyle harikaydı. Herşey mükemmeldi. Personel çok iyi, arkadaşça ve özverili. Kahvaltı süper. Otel konumu harika. Yürüyerek merkeze inmek 5 dakika. Odalar geniş ve kullanışlı. Tavsiye ederim.

Tüm çalışanlar çok cana yakındı. Resepsiyon personeli çok kibar ve arkadaş gibi davrandı. Kendimi ilk andan ayrılana kadar çok rahat hissettim. Oda mükemmeldi. Yatak çok konforluydu, yastıklar da öyle. Her yer çok temizdi. Konumu mükemmel. 5 dakikalık keyifli bir yürüyüşle eski şehir merkezine varıyorsunuz. Sonuç olarak her şey mükemmeldi. Nice’e tekrar geldiğimde kesinlikle burada konaklayacağım.

Clean room, well staffed and friendly, with great breakfast options. Our only issue was that when we turned the basin tap on in the bathroom there was an awful smell of drains. It didn’t linger but it certainly detracted from what would have been an excellent review. Room 410.

Moquetas tanto de la habitacion como de los pasillos con manchones grandes, aspecto de suciedad....almohadas con pelos, la guardé en el armario y dormi con cojin del asco que me dió..Gel de baño gastado ya el dia q llegamos y no repusieron en los dos dias....El interruptor de la luz del baño no estaba ni dentro del baño ni justo fuera..si no en medio del dormitorio....se ve q alargaron el baño poniendo una pared y en lugar de cambiar el interruptor, lo dejaron donde estaba antiguamente....el plato de ducha con moho alrededor.....no me gustó nada el hotely no me volveria a quedar en él...
