Top notch hotel! I will stay here again. The hotel staff were helpful, friendly and gracious. I booked the hotel last minute and my room was ready instantly, the bed larger than I expected and the two windows had nice views! The mattress, bedding and pillows were comfortable and very plush. The property is as close to the water as you can get with lovely shops and restaurants all around. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and welcome. There was coffee and tea in the room and powerful AC that was much appreciated since I was here during the massive heat wave that broke records across Europe. Merci to the staff for a wonderful stay! 🌸

Frühstück war qualitativ sehr gut. Frisches Obst und leckerer Joghurt. Einziger aber für mich leider wichtiger Kritikpunkt: der Kaffee aus der großen Maschine. Ein fürchterliches Gemisch. Diesem Hotel unwürdig. Da gibt es definitiv bessere Optionen (Franke, WMF …). Der war so übel, dass ich die restlichen Tage lieber Tee getrunken habe, der wiederum ziemlich gut war. Aber ansonsten ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel. Ich würde definitiv wieder kommen.

Hôtel idéalement situé au début du vieux port. Très propre. Accès wifi et parking possible si réservation au préalable. Personnel aimable et très bon petit déjeuner. Accès direct à la rue commerçante St Nicolas. Je recommande.

Tout bien sauf le petit déjeuner que nous avons trouvé brouillon, manque de quelques points d'hygiene( un linge pour tenir le pain et éviter que tous le touchent), jus d'orange qui coule partout, verre qui baigne donc dans le jus...

We stayed in a large room for one night - I had chosen the hotel on its design as shown on Expedia - it’s been updated, from industrial to slightly tacky with a profusion of multicolor grotesque chandeliers… and the courtyard has been transformed into the breakfast room. Not my taste anymore! It would be great to have updated pictures for the advert. The staff was lovely. The breakfast had an abundance of choice - great - just a shame that the pains au chocolat were not fresh. Apart from that, the room and bathroom were very large and, most importantly with the incredibly hot weather, the room aircon was working!

Personnel aux petits soins,très agréables. Chambre familiale de réservée, spacieuse, propre,belle douche à l'italienne. Chambre climatisée et très correcte au niveau insonorisation. Petit déjeuner relativement complet. Possibilité d'avoir du pain sans gluten( en faire la demande lors de la réservation) Par contre j'aurais aimé trouver plus de produits sans lait animal. Je n'ai pas vu de yaourts vegetaux ni de lait... Un petit plus l'hôtel est très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pieds du vieux port et des restaurants. En tous les cas très bon séjour. Merci à toute l'équipe.

Parfait en tout point : accueil, qualité du séjour, petit déjeuner. Trés beau buffet avec large choix. Juste un peu compliqué pour l'accès au parking avec une circulation qui ne va pas de soi quand on ne connaît pas. Pour autant je reviendrai lors dun prochain séjour à La Rochelle. La localisation de l'hôtel est parfaite. Au total, je recommande.

Muy buen lugar, camas cómodas, me gustó que puedes elegir cuando limpian el cuarto y cuando no. Lo único que no le gustó fue que el aire acondicionado hacía algunos ruidos raros en la noche.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cette Hôtel. La chambre était propre malgré les quelques cheveux trouvé sur l'oreiller. Les serviettes n'était pas présentes lors de notre arrivée, celles déposée présentait des tâches. La nuit, décevante, nous avons été réveillée à 5h00 par le voisinage (chambre voisine, dans l'hôtel côté cour) qui discutait (par forcément très fort) mais nous entendions la discussion par je pense une mauvaise isolation phonique de la fenêtre pourtant bien fermé et le bruit de la climatisation qui n'était pas activé. Un des produits gentillement mis à disposition par l'hôtel semblait avoir déjà été utilisé. L'hôtel semble pourtant très agréable et possède une très bonne situation pres du parking du vieux port et du centre de la Rochelle.
