地點好，設備好；就是櫃檯女性服務人員對小孩很不友善。我付費訂購一張單人床和一張雙人床的房型，但給我的卻是兩張單人床合併的雙人床+嬰兒床？ 希望以後能對小孩更友善才會再選擇入住！

The staff is very nice and helpful. The facilities are awesome. There are a free-of charge minibar in the room. There are also a snack bar area for you to take a rest or get some food and drinks from 12 pm to 2 am. The room is big and the bed is very comfortable. I would recommend this room to my family or friends and stay in this hotel again if I go to Paris next time.

Great Boutique hotel at district 8 of Patis

This is a small hotel located in the heart of Paris. The location is superb - a metro station is just around the corner and the shopping districts of Rue du Faubourg Saint Honore and Champ Elysee are within walking distance. The hotel has 4 stories and around 6 rooms on each floor. The lobby is small but functional and includes a breakfast bar. The room we stayed in is a regular room. The room is quite small - It can just fit a queen size bed (not great but acceptable for two persons) and there is very little room for anything else. Nevertheless, the room is clean and stylishly decorated which compensated for the size of the room. Also, given the small size of the room, the bathroom is relatively roomy. In any case, given our budget we didn't expect much so I don't see the size of the room as a major drawback. Afterall I've been to Tokyo so I have seen even smaller rooms. Given the location of the hotel, the room is a bit noisy and even closing the windows cannot block out all the noise. Nevertheless, the noise level from the the street is acceptable and the only thing that woke me up was the bell from a church across the street. However, the sound insulation between rooms is really inadequate and I could clearly hear a woman next door talking on the phone - and she definitely was not yelling. The major drawback comes from the inconsistency in services. When we checked into the hotel, the front desk lady (who can speak fluent English) told us that breakfast had already been included in the roomrate, which we had already fully paid in advance through the Internet. The breakfast costs EUR19 per person so it came as a nice surprise. Because of this, we had breakfast in the hotel lobby every morning. However, when we checked out, the front desk lady who was on duty (a different one)told us we needed to pay for the breakfasts we had, which totaled EUR76 (2 mornings, 2 persons). I asked her to double check but she only replied coolly that breakfast was not included in our roomrate. I was in a hurry to catch the airport shuttle so I paid for it nonetheless but this is definitely not what I have expected. Given my experience I would recommend this hotel to other travelers to whom convenience is a top priority. But beware of the breakfast - whatever the front desk says, be prepared to pay for it!

Lovely boutique style hotel only and short walk for the shopping and embassy’s. Provide free soft drink mini bar and also free soft drinks and snacks in the breakfast area all day and night. Nice staff, had no issues except the traffic can get noisy in the morning as windows are not particularly sound proof.

Wonderful stay in every way! The staff led by the manager and Marina (front desk) were so friendly, helpful and caring. (On hearing of my husband’s birthday during our stay, the manager treated us to the hotel’s delicious buffet breakfast and a gift for him was left in our room.) They also made excellent suggestions for museums, restaurants and sights, and went out of their way to help us and make sure everything was right for my husband who has mobility issues. The entire staff including maintenance, food service and housekeeping were friendly and helpful at all timesl The rooms were charming, bright and individually furnished (since our stay was a longer one, they even brought in another chest to accommodate our ‘extra’ clothes--without even being asked) .The rooms were super-clean with daily service. In addition there was a free non-alcoholic minibar, replenished daily, as well as tasty treats . Also great was a 2pm-2am bar setup in the dining lounge, free to hotel guests, with delicious pastries, fruits, snacks and non-alcoholic drinks (beer, wine and champagne were available on the honor system at reasonable prices). The Hotel 123 Elysees is a treasure!

Es war super Personal war mega freundlich hatten gleich ein Zimmer Upgrades damit wir nebeneinander die Zimmer hatten mit durchgang Tür . Rundum Getränke und Snaks enthalten. Parkhaus nicht weit weg aber sehr enge Parkplätze. Konnte man dazu reservieren und vor Ort bezahlen.

お部屋は広めで清潔、バス停もメトロ駅も近くて立地も最高。なにより、スタッフのホスピタリティ溢れる対応が素晴らしかった。特にレセプションのクレメンスの穏やかで親身な対応には大変心癒されました。次回も是非こちらのホテルに宿泊したいです！
