Never ever happened to such a hotel owner, he behaved like robber They gave me the room without any space totally different from the room photo/room type I booked, they just said sorry but that’s the only room they have at the moment, if am not happy, I could leave, but they won’t refund me… The room is sooo old, like over 30 years not renovated; the shower head broken, can’t even have a basic shower When I was changing inside the room, their staff just used the key card open my door without even knocking the door Most unacceptable is that continuous 4-nights, the guest upstair making non-stop crazy noise after 11pm till another early morning, the reception just cut my asking me-for-help call with he doesn’t speak English, I was supposed to call police while was sick can’t do anything Except for the overnight old male reception, owner and one female manager w glasses, the hotel staffs are nice

Most disaster stay , I booked the single room with lot space and nice window, while they be me twin bed room with no space, I told to them, they said u wanna stay or not? But u leave, we won’t refund you The guest drunk upstairs made non-stop noise almost every night from midnight to earl morning next day

l’Hôtel est bien placé, mais tout est a refaire, a rénover à réparer . Le personnel est plutôt agréable heureusement. Les chambres sont dans un état de délabrement avancé, ainsi que l'ensemble de l'hotel

Prestation moyenne dans l’ensemble. Pas de ventilateur, qui serait fortement apprécié lorsqu’il fait chaud. Petit déjeuner correct. Personnel sympathique.

établissement vraiment mal entretenu : fissures, parquet abimé qui gondole, raccords silicone partout en guise de cache misère appliqué j'imagine à la truelle par des maternel, patère cassé, réception des chaines TV aléatoire, pas de clim et en ce moment une chaleur dingue, établissement bruyant. Le plus : chambre propre, et isolation phonique avec l'extérieur plutôt correcte, petit déjeuner correcte.

Best for whose budget very low. Room was very small and its for 1 or max for 2 person

Great staff.

The hotel is not updated and that has a charm as such. You hear people talking and doors being opened. Nobody snored luckily. Positive is the nice staff, the good breakfast and the interesting street as you will find small one-room restaurants all along it. I remember the Gare du Nord area as a bit run down, but this street is really nice and lively.

Hotel et chambre vieillots, un manque d'entretien de longue date se fait sentir. Mais on décèle une bonne volonté tout de même, la literie est très confortable, les draps très propres. Mais la salle de bains tombe en lambeaux. Moquette sale en tout cas tachée. Petit déjeuner bien approvisionné, un vrai plaisir. Accueil agréable, donc un très bon compromis pour une seule nuit, avec un tarif défiant toute concurrence.

Le séjour à la fois le plus court, et le plus catastrophique de ma vie. Dès mon arrivé à l'hôtel, la fenêtre de chambre était grande ouverte. Étonnant pour un mois de novembre à plus de 22h30. J'ai très vite compris la supercherie. Un radiateur avec de longs tuyaux bouillants à côté du lit, sans possibilité de régler la température, ou j'ai très vite été submergé par une chaleur ambiante. À cela, s'ajoutent les bruits incessants du radiateur tout au long de la nuit. Par conséquent, impossible de dormir. Des moisissures à l'intérieur de la cabine de douche, des chevilles apparentes sur le carrelage mural de la douche, à peine pensable pour un établissement recevant des êtres humaines. Une odeur d'égout pestilentielle dans la pièce WC/Douche, à peine supportable. Une honte ! Un oreiller sale ! Je suis très surpris qu’hôtel.com puisse proposer à la location ce type d'établissement, qui vraisemblablement ne respecte aucune règle d'hygiène, ni de conformité. Par conséquent , je demande le remboursement intégral de ma nuitée dans cette hôtel sous réserve d'entamer diverses procédures..

I’ve stayed at a lot of budget hotels, but this really is bottom-end. The staff were pleasant, hotel close to amenities and transport. But otherwise, the door looked as though it had been kicked in at least once, and wouldn’t lock. There were clumps of brown all over the filthy carpet, possibly paint but I didn’t look too hard. Bathroom covered in mould. The whole hotel seemed like it had big subsidence issues - cracked walls, holes in floor covered up by carpet. Breakfast room was far too small for the number of guests at any time, and offerings rudimentary. I stayed on a weekend and there was a very loud party nearby, banging music and crowds shouting until 4am. Then at 7am (Sunday), the cleaning staff came with hoovers outside the room, banging and calling to each other. There’s really not much to recommend here and I wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel tried to charge me £50 more as my baby is 2 and a half years old and not 2 years old. The manager insisted on this. I was forced to request hotels.com to call them and dispute this as the manager didn’t want to talk to me directly. This was a 30minute drama. Which isn’t an experience you want when on holiday. A cot wasn’t provided The room didn’t smell nice as you could smell the toilet sewage from the bathroom The lift couldn’t fit a buggy/stroller unless folded and can only fit 2 people so it is very small. The room was very outdated, with no form of window restrictions so dangerous for children to fall. Very bad experience which you don’t want whilst on holiday. I very rarely leave reviews but was not a nice experience

Its cheap for a reason. Dated, dirty unpleasant rooms

Ideally situated and economic central hotel but the room needed refurbishment. The carpet would have been past its best last century!

En un lugar muy accesible, limpia, buen personal solo había mucho ruido por la ubicación de la habitación que da el balcón a la calle

Hôtel (enfin si on peu appeler ça un hôtel) à fuir. Très bruyant, murs en carton. Des punaises de lit un peu partout, sale et insalubre. Un scandale de mettre ce produit sur une plateforme comme Hôtels.com.

Là température de la chambre placée directement sous le toit était de 38degré ! Intenable ...! Trés mauvaise nuit malgré le ventilateur qui bràssàit de l'air chaud ! Des chambres comme celle là ,on ne les loue pas , c'est du vol institutionnalisé C'est très regrettable !
