Hotel Le Pic Blanc

Chambre simple, propre et fonctionnel. Hotel tres bien situé, proche parking. Petit dejeuner sous forme de buffet copieux. Piscine très bien chauffée et casier à ski très bien équipé (sèche chaussure).

Piscine bien chaude après le ski c était top.

Le personnel était très gentils très serviables et très souriants .. Un grand merci à eux , ils ont grandement participé à la qualité de notre séjours .

The views from the hotel were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the pistes in Les Bergers were excellent. The only couple of negatives were the room cleaning (timing of cleaning and inconsistent of refreshment replenishment) and the 20 Euro charge of 1 hour spa usage for hotel guests.

Super friendly staff throughout the Hotel. Great position in resort short walk to the ski lift. This rating would have been excellent, however, although the breakfast offered an excellent choice the hot breakfast was not hot, hash browns under cooked, cold beans, cold bacon, cold scrambled eggs. Really enjoyed the bar and staff particularly friendly. We stayed 5 nights.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en famille, avec un bébé de 1 an, et globalement notre expérience a été positive. L’hôtel est bien adapté aux jeunes enfants : chaises hautes et lits parapluie sont disponibles. La situation est excellente, facile d’accès, avec un grand parking juste devant. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et les produits sont de qualité, même si tout n’est pas fait maison. Les chambres sont confortables, spacieuses et bien équipées (mini-frigo, machine à café, bouilloire). Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la séparation entre les sanitaires, la salle de bain et la chambre. L’espace piscine est très propre, la mise à disposition de draps de bain/ peignoir et chaussons est très appréciable. Points à améliorer : • Accueil à l’arrivée : chargés avec bébé dans les bras, nous avons dû patienter une dizaine de minutes pour le check-in, sans qu’un chariot à bagages nous soit proposé. • Service au petit-déjeuner : personnel occupé et froid. • Mobilier des chambres en bon état mais ayant déjà bien vécu. En résumé, un séjour agréable dans un hôtel bien situé et adapté aux familles, améliorations possibles quant à la qualité de l’accueil et le service du personnel qui n’est pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Net hotel met prachtige uitzicht op de Alpen….hier en daar een nieuw likje verf is misschien wel aan te raden

Elevator had a sign saying breakfast is until 11am, but no more breakfast after 10am. No parking. Spa only for a fee and no reservation availability. No food, water or drinks after 10pm

Lovely hotel in a good location with friendly helpful staff. We were staying on a bed and breakfast tariff and the breakfast selection was very good and fresh. Bar area a good size with comfortable seating and an open fire. Our only criticism is the fact that you have to pay extra for the sauna/jaquzzi when you are a hotel guest. I can understand that you need to book a time/slot as it is small but €20 each per hour was very disappointing, we decided not to use it so can’t comment on the facility. The pool area looked clean with a lovely view.
