Excellent location on one of the main squares. Easy to walk everywhere. The hotel is a well known historical building.
Ground level rooms are available in the back building, only a couple of steps up to reception. These rooms are extremely quiet. The rom was small but the king sized bed was new and probably the best we had on our entire 6 week trip. The shower and toilet are tiny. The toilet reminded me of an aircraft toilet it was so small. The hotel does have a lift, which is unusual for Arras.
Breakfast was fairly basic but high quality, boil your own eggs was fun! Staff are very friendly and helpful, most speak English, much appreciated when my French is very poor!
We would definitely stay again.
