Near the train station with a not big space of room

I was honestly pretty disappointed with my stay. The room felt cold and run down, and it looked nothing like the photos on Expedia. The overall condition didn’t match what was advertised, which was frustrating—especially for the price. I even paid extra for a balcony, and that ended up being a mistake. It definitely wasn’t worth the additional cost, and the room itself didn’t feel well maintained. The one positive was the staff—they were kind and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. The main reason I chose this hotel was for the convenient location, since I had an early train from Gare du Nord. For that purpose, it worked. But aside from location and the friendly staff, the hotel itself didn’t deliver the value it claims, especially at that price point. I wouldn’t stay here again unless location was the only priority.

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The lobby was well executed.

Good clean room on the 5th floor. Small lift. Hotel very convenient location between Gare du Nord and Gard du EST.

Sehr sauberes Hotel, sehr sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, Bad war sehr sauber, optimal für ein Städtetrip. 5 min zu Fuß v. Gare de l‘Est, jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor der Tür (von einer Markthalle bis Aldi und Bäckereien). Wir waren sehr sehr zufrieden.

Chambre impeccable et comfortable. Hotel assez calme malgré le grand boulevard à côté. Accueil agréable et efficace. Wifi tres facile d’accès

We did not have breakfast at the hotel. Loved to location between two big stations and with some amenities close by. Room and bed was a size. Defo would stay again for another short break

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Room was small but well arranged and decorated in a cute way. My room was facing the main road, but the noise died down when it was time to sleep

Tout le personnel est très très sympa mais la chambre est petite et la salle de bain a mal vieilli. Heureusement que le personnel est très avenant et positif !

Staff very friendly and helpful, and spoke English if you aren't confident speaking French. Breakfast was basic, but ok for the price. 20 minutes walking distance from the Palais Garnier where the main shops are situated. 2 minutes from Gare Du Nord and Gare L'est train stations and Metro, so a great location to be based.

Lovely room with a window showcasing the street infront. Decently large bathroom! Lovely staff!
