住过体验最差的宾馆，我定了5个房间，3个三晚2个两晚，前台服务员弄错了非说是2个三晚3个2晚，非不让入住除非加钱，早上跟前台经理确认好的没问题，晚上回房间换人了又来，搞半天才承认是他们弄错了，浪费我们的时间和大笔国际电话费。酒店管理混乱，体验很差！

It's right next to the metro station St-Germain des Pres, very convenient yet quiet. Many good cafes around the neighborhood. Room is not big but good enough for me.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Madison Hotel. The location is excellent, located at Saint Germain-des-Pres just across from the famous cafe Les Deux Magots. The rooms are very spacious by European standard. Fully refurbished 2 years ago, the interiors are chic with nice bathrooms and efficient air-conditioning! We would highly recommend this hotel.

For $941 a night in a small room, the Hotel Madison is way overpriced for what it is. It’s a 4 star hotel with no gym and no spa. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows are terrible. When I asked, they said they didn’t have a mattress pad or a pillow menu. This was the 3rd time I had stayed at the Madison and it had been recently renovated. All they seemed to do is squeeze in some more rooms and stretch fabric over the walls to give the impression of wallpaper. The only thing the Madison has going for it is a Blvd St Germain address.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is ideal to cafe, shops and stores. Quaint hotel cozy and comfortable. A few improvements needed w room such as leak/ wet carpet, bathroom shower leaks out to bathroom floor. We had very comfortable bedding and every amenities needed was provided. Food was tasty and a variety of options for breakfast to choose from.

Convenient location to walk all around Paris! Very helpful and pleasant staff. Room was small but clean and updated! Would recommend!

My husband and I recently enjoyed an exceptional 8-night stay at the Hôtel Madison in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Our room was comfortable and beautifully maintained, and we particularly enjoyed breakfast each morning beneath the glass roof of the hotel's restaurant and cocktail bar. What truly distinguished Hôtel Madison was its staff. Every member of the team demonstrated a level of professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness that transformed our stay from enjoyable to unforgettable. The reception and guest relations staff were consistently welcoming and efficient, the culinary team thoughtfully accommodated special dietary requirements, and the concierge provided outstanding recommendations and reservations that enhanced our Paris experience. What impressed us most happened on the final day of our visit, when I became ill. The hotel team immediately mobilized to assist us, arranging a house call from a physician and ensuring we had the support we needed throughout the situation. Their responsiveness, compassion, and genuine concern went far beyond what one would normally expect from a hotel. The staff at Hôtel Madison exemplifies hospitality at its finest. We left Paris not only with wonderful memories of the city but also with sincere gratitude for the care and kindness shown to us during a challenging moment. I highly recommend Hôtel Madison and would gladly stay there again on any future visit to Paris.

The staff was excellent. They were very helpful. The room was clean and had air conditioning, which helped in the heatwave.

This hotel was our favorite hotel on our trip. The room wasn’t huge, but it was well decorated and perfect for two. The queen bed was comfortable. The small balcony was my favorite place to sit and watch the sunset. The location on Saint Germain was amazing. Shopping, museums, food, Notre Dame, the Conceierge, Duex Maggots, Cafe de Flore, and much much more were all within safe/comfortable walking distance. The little bar is a nice place to relax with a cocktail. We didn’t eat at the hotel, but food was offered. The staff were lovely. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

This is not a Travelodge! With all respects to them, for us it was an experience. If you book through an airline go for a room upgrade, you get a valet! Mini bar and snacks and an amazing choice of chocolates. Breakfast is great, mega choice. Go early to beat the rush.

I absolutely LOVED this hotel!! It was a larger "boutique-type" hotel, with great charm. The location of the hotel is excellent...on St. Germain, two blocks away from the high-end shopping places (e.g. Louis Vitton, Gucci, etc...), a block away from a small grocery/liquor store, and a block away from a great new restaurant (Brass) and many other fun places to eat at. The hotel has been recently renovated (top to bottom) and everything in the rooms and bathrooms was new, upgraded, and of a high level of quality...especially the walk-in shower and bathroom sinks. The configuration of our room was a little quirky (with the toilet by the entry way...and the bathroom/sink around the corner, by the bed)...but we made it work...especially with our fancy Toto toilet! We loved having a small fridge and windows which you could open to let in fresh air. The Hotel also added a small bar area during their renovation and an area for the breakfast buffet on the first floor of the hotel...and it was nice to be able to get a drink at the hotel bar before heading out for dinner. The bartender was very good and made some amazing craft drinks. Most importantly, the HOTEL STAFF WAS AMAZING...especially the Concierge, Brandon, who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us with a difficult reservation situation. Other staff members were also very friendly and spoke good English. I definitely would book at this hotel for future trips to Paris.

Very clean and pleasant but more basic than I expected . Very helpful staff. Excellent location. Breakfast is quite limited and chaotic unless down early at the start, needing to ask for plates, bowls, coffee machine to be refilled etc. ; no one seemed to be overseeing things in this regard but staff were very helpful when asked for things. When we checked in we found they had gratuitously put some balloons and half a bottle of champagne in the room knowing it was my daughters birthday. That was a nice surprise. The deluxe St Germain view room was a little disappointing in that it states you can have double or twin beds. Instead we got a double bed and a chair that opened out to a bed which wasn’t great for me and my adult daughter and made the room feel tiny. It was more appropriate for a young child. The chair bed was a solid mattress base too typical of a put you up bed. The double bed mattress was also solid being a bed that folded into the wall. Neither of these things were specified. I was expecting 2 regular single beds as specified and which was why I booked that particular room for the two of us. Also the photo of that room is a high room with view over st Germain, as in the name. However our room was on the first floor ( no great view) and right by the lift so had that noise too.

Excellent location. My room had view of the church and Eiffel Tower from the tiny balcony Great bar and bartender David. Comfortable space. Front desk very helpful
