Very good experience very friendly staff. I was woken up at 3:45 in the morning and the Taxi was there ready to drop me at the airport. Everything was perfect.

This hotel was way better than I expected. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room was great, bigger and super clean. Overall super value for money. Best airport hotel I’ve ever stayed in at this price.

On an overnight stay prior to our return to Canada. Everything was first class. Check-in fast and easy. Our room was very nice. Airport shuttle was on time as nd driver very courteous.
Will return the next time we are in Bordeaux.

Dans l’ensemble, tout s’est bien passé durant mon séjour. L’entretien de l’hôtel était correct et le service globalement satisfaisant. Rien à redire de particulier sur les prestations proposées, qui étaient conformes aux attentes.
Je tiens toutefois à souligner la gentillesse du barman, toujours souriant, attentionné et très professionnel, ce qui a vraiment apporté une touche positive supplémentaire à l’expérience.

Bel hôtel à côté de l aéroport . Malheureusement nous n avons pas dormi de la nuit … punaises sur les rideaux et chauffage à fond dans la chambre impossible à régler …nous avons dû passer la nuit fenêtre ouverte (21 décembre …) Lors de notre départ nous en avons fait part au réceptionniste (très gentil d ailleurs) qui nous a informé que l hôtel avait un problème technique avec la ventilation /chauffage et que des travaux devaient avoir lieu en 2026. Dommage car c est un bel établissement
