Personnel gentil, mais la climatisation des chambres ne fournies pas lors des journées chaudes. Le tapis dans les chambres est très sale. Pleins de tâches. Salle de bain rénové et propre.

Bonne localisation et personnel très accueillant. A contrario, la climatisation, le sèche cheveux et l état général du mobilier ne sont nullement à la hauteur du prix payé

Loved the roof terrace and bar. The crepe station at breakfast was great, however there were flies around the other food stations and hot food selection wasn’t great. Room was tired, however the bathroom and shower were nice. Not a bad choice if you stay for a few nights.

Personalet var meget serviceminded og venlige. Værelset var rent og pænt. Morgenmad fint. Airkondition fint. Beliggenheden god

Probably one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I stay in about 30 to 40 hotels each year for either work or leisure. This was by far in my top 5 worst experiences. This hotel’s AC is either broken, or they are incredibly cheap and won’t run it. I found out after checking into my room that not only are the rooms incredibly tiny, they do not have a functioning AC unit. 1st, they tried to act like this was news to them. Said they would get an electrician to look into it the next day since they were already gone for the day. As I began to walk away, another hotel guest began yelling at them at the desk saying FIX THE AC and that it had been 2 days and he can’t sleep. I turned back around, went to them and said “oh so this is a building issue and you just pretended you didn’t know with me?” Their solution? To give me a tiny fan that barely blew any air. The next day I complained again, and their new solution? To have me switch rooms, to which I found out the thermostats they have in the room? Pointless. They don’t work, that the entire building is on a fixed temperature controlled by the building. What a bunch of liars and deceitful people. Here France was getting a huge heatwave, we spent good money to be here on vacation, and they wouldn’t lower the AC. Every night sleeping was miserable and I’d wake up in a pool of my own sweat because they only had a DOWN COMFORTER to sleep under. Not even a sheet! Do not trust this place, they are sketchy. Flott beliggenhet, mange fasiliteter på rommet, men det ble fryktelig trangt på er så lite rom. Savnet strykejern.

Good location, helpful personnel and nice breakfast. BUT...we had privilige room where A/C was not cooling at all. Personnel was trying to help but final help was just extra fan. No room change ( guess our room was not alone with problem). One week stay ovee 30 temperatures was a nightmare and unfortunately spoileri the whole stay. Hotel should take better care for Basic things working like AC. Never again to this hotel...

Vi likte takterrassen, men savnet dusjen som var der før. Hotellet ligger i et stille og rolig strøk. Kort vei til jernbanestasjonen og stranden. Tilgang på kaldt drikkevann i resepsjonen. Fikk god hjelp av alle i resepsjonen. Det eneste som var mulig å «klage» på var at sengene var litt harde.

Única coisa que prestou foi o café da manhã, de resto fujam desse lugar! AR CONDICIONADO NÃO FUNCIONA! SOLUÇÃO DADA FOI UM VENTILADOR. FUJAM DESSE LUGAR PRINCIPALMENTE NO VERÃO.

Ok hotell, men dyrt i forhold til kvalitet. Aircondition var ikke bra. Klarte ikke å holde det svalt på rommet. Små bad, dusj i badekar.

Breakfast was good. Close to several restaurants. Train station is within an easy walk. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly and also spoke English.

The air conditioning didn't work at all. Blowing air but not cool at all. The staff were very nice but the hotel needs to fix the air conditioning. We saw many people complain and change hotels so it wasnt just our room. Its a great location.

Central location. We stayed in a room with two single beds and the beds were not comfortable. The room was pretty basic as was the bathroom. Safe accommodation and functional.

Air conditioner at this property is terrible, the whole room felt humid, the bedsheets felt damp the whole time we weren't there, we had to ask for a fan to bring in our room as the temperature and damp feeling was unbearable. We went to the extreme of booking 1 night in a different hotel with actual working AC just down the street from Mercure. We asked the staff to go check the AC but it never worked, we also asked to change rooms but no one followed up so we didn't ask again. The front staff is friendly and they do what they can but management can do better. The rooms are small and there is no attention to detail as the doors are chipped and they keep painting over them. The carpets need to be washed,, you can clearly see stains all over them, wear sandals inside your room They serve breakfast in their lobby which I find odd since I think a hotel lobby should smell fresh, clean and inviting not smell like bacon and eggs when you walk in. Location is very walkable with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Their rooftop is quite boring, nothing interesting, they serve limited alcohol and small finger food.
