Staff are so kind and the everything is sweet and comfortable. I like the restaurant and the breakfast!

Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and the staff refill the food efficiently. Location is good especially quite near metro station and bus stops, plenty of restaurants nearby. Room is small is the only point to criticize.

地點好找，附近就有地鐵站，附近的商店也多，房間整齊舒適，水熱很快，水壓很夠。看起來是近期重新整理過，會再次入住的地方。

位置绝佳的经济型酒店，离地铁三分钟路程，老佛爷和巴黎歌剧院都可步行到达。酒店设施中规中矩，房间偏小，不过巴黎此类酒店基本上都是如此。暖气充足，早餐也算丰富，电子化办理入住和退房，效率很高，赞一个！下次还会订！

Excellent location at reasonable price. But everything is separately charged such as luggage keeping or deposit for a kettle.

整潔舒適 交通方便

房價合理服務好，單人房跟雙人房價差不大，但是單人房非常小間，寧願住雙人房。交通方便鄰近地鐵站，附近有家樂福，超商，冰淇淋店，著名餐廳。

Ok for Paris, but again this says a lot

Stayed in two rooms over two visits, first room was very good second room not so, had a service box running above your head in the shower, anyone over 5.5ft would have to bend down. Rooms at the rear of the hotel need to use service lift, which was broken during our visit with no mention from the staff. Breakfast staff constantly asking for google feedback whilst you are eating. Reception staff very helpful.

Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant ! L’hôtel idéalement situé, offrant un confort simple, malgré un prix élevé. La moquette c’est vraiment le point négatif. La chambre est vieillissante, semble rénovée mais maladroitement, le souci du détail n’est pas dans les plan. Dommage. Le point positif, le calme ! Peu de bruits perçu, et c’est agréable. Je trouve le prix trop élevé face a la qualité de la prestation. Une bouilloire avec sachets de thé et café en chambre serait appréciée. Malgré cela, je consulterai les prix et dispo pour un prochain séjour, car l’emplacement est idéal et le personnel sympathique.

I arrived for my prepaid three night booking that I made months in advance late in the evening as a solo female traveller only for the receptionist insist on a)speaking only French and b) telling me that the hotel was overbooked and there was no room for me. Imagine the stress! He insisted on sending me to another Ibis across Paris for one night to a room with a smaller bed than what I paid for. And then I had to come back for the other two nights back to this hotel. Completely ridiculous and cost me hours of my time when I should have been enjoying my holiday in Paris. The next day after I returned to this hotel, I came back in the evening and the cleaners had left my room unlocked and the door propped open. There are no safe facilities in the room. Luckily nothing got stolen but this only added to my stress. The location is fine but this is just outrageous behaviour when I prepaid for the room. They tried to blame Expedia who were the ones that actually helped me when the hotel were very rude and caused me stress.

Bad smell in room

You can’t be too picky considering this price. The room is clean and tidy, but it would be even better if electric kettle were provided.

Notre sejour s est très bien passé. L equipe est tres gentille et serviable.

Centrale ligging, personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers was wel klein en stoffig. Ontbijt kon beter, weinig keuze.

Our trip didn't start well as we had cycled London to Paris, and were informed that no bikes were allowed on premises at all. (The only solutions were a private car park at €400+, or chained up outside. We opted for chaining them up). Staff were helpful and sympathetic with this, especially Nour. We had an issue/misunderstanding with tourist tax later in our trip. After some slight barriers (due to language and complicated stay), this was all resolved. Charley was excellent through this, and for the remainder of our stay. One room was okay, just nothing special. Bed was neither comfortable nor uncomfortable. However, the other room had a major issue with the shower. The headheight was approx 5'6"(1.68m), and there was no rainfall shower head due to the lack of height. The lift also broke and took approx a day to repair. One of our rooms was on 5th floor up a spiral staircase, so not the easiest. Breakfast was also nothing special, with very limited choice. It was all edible though. In future, I would always go out for breakfast instead. It was also extremely irritating having kitchen staff members waving QR codes for reviews whilst eating breakfast. This happened on consecutive days.

Cozy hotel that is clean and comfortable. Location worked for us.

Bem localizado e equipe simpática. Não espere um hotel 5 estrelas. É um hotel sem serviço de quarto, e qualquer coisa que precise, como uma toalha, tem que pegar na recepção. Ar condicionado modesto, não gelando abaixo de 22 graus. Precisamos nos descobrir a noite pois fez calor em certos momentos. Hotel nível turístico, com boa localização, equipe simpática e prestativa mas não esconde o seu objetivo: custo-benefício! Se você espera um hotel onde se sentirá numa experiência fora do comum, este não é seu hotel. Aqui é para dormir, e sair pela manhã para só voltar à noite. Esqueci meu relógio no quarto, e até agora ainda não me deram retorno! Aguardando resposta da equipe.
