well located and easy to access. unfortunately, i used to stay there a lot and the parking at night was included, now they change it and it cost more money, i might just take another location next time, overall if you dont have a car, great place, close to the port de plaisance, worth it

Room was fine. Access to the entry was a bit confusing. I had a rental car and couldn't find any help in the parking garage for the shopping center. None or not enough signs for Ibis Guests to figure it out. I had to walk outside, around the building to find the entrance. Also, the parking still ended up costing $22 even though the hotel staff gave me a validation for parking.
Staff was great and very helpful.
