Very special room for stay. Not near the downtown but have a parking lot aside the hotel. The breakfast is normally but not bad. The front desk clerk is very nice to provide any help.

房間空間很大且乾淨舒服，但浴室沒有乾濕分離，洗完澡後整個浴室都濕了。櫃檯員工態度不友善，以輕蔑的口吻說"oh~Chinese"；網站上說停車免費，但我們到現場發現是附近公共計費停車塲，問了櫃台員工，他扯了兩分鐘說我們想停那裡也可以，然後才拿出一張小紙條讓我們放車前玻璃"免費停車"。

地点很好，附近有停车场，步行到小镇中心很方便。房间空间够大，浴室空间也够大，装修很现代很舒适。空调很不错。接待大厅也很宽敞，装饰着一位意大利当代艺术家的绘画。早饭品种丰富。 唯一不好的是：酒店wifi根本连不上，而且当地移动网络信号很差，所以不要奢望能够上网。

Très déçus de la chambre initialement réservée, nous avons heureusement pu dormir dans une autre bien mieux agencée.. L'entretien des sanitaires (douche et Wc) et le fonctionnement de la clim de la chambre sont néanmoins à revoir..je pense que les prix sont bien trop élevés par rapport à la qualité . En revanche, petit-déjeuner restaurant et piscine bien agréables et accueil irréprochable

Henkilökunta oli kohteliasta ja avuliasta. Hotelli ylipäätään oli siisti. Huoneen sänky oli kapea ja sisustus olisi voinut olla parempi. Kylpyhuoneessa ei ollut laskutilaa henkilökohtaisille tarvikkeille. Ilmainen parkkipaikka oli lähellä hotellia.

Quarto limpo e arrumado porém pequeno demais, banheiro com teto baixo, tive que tomar banho sentado, não possui elevador portanto se torna inconveniente levar muita bagagem. O resto tem um restaurante bom, estacionamento fácil e gratuito e um excelente atendimento da equipe

Smukt sted, venligt og professionelt værtspar. Hotellet superlækkert. Uopvarmet swimmingpool, som vi ikke benyttede, selvom vandet var 22˚ Dejlig restaurant overfor forbundet med hotellet. Smuk landsby med mange kunstforretninger. Landskab og landsbyer så flotte. Besøgte okkermuseet, interessant.

Accueil parfait, toutes les demandes ont reçu une réponse favorable, petits déjeuners délicieux avec des produits variés et de grande qualité. Chambres spacieuses, confortables et fonctionnelles. Calme total, restaurant proposant des plats délicieux dans un cadre original. Une mention spéciale au Directeur qui a veillé à ce que tout soit parfait durant notre séjour de 4 jours. Bref nous reviendrons !

Breakfast had good selection. Room well appointed. Did not use the pool.

Spending 80 hotels night every year, I can't see how it was rate 9.2?! This is only the 3rd time in 20 years I down rate an hotel! The whole hotel was stinky from the sewage!! Rooms needed a huge updating. Staff was friendly. I really hope hotels.com will refund us from this awful experience, the smell started ss soon we came in (seen it was already prepaid at hotels.com we couldn't change in last minute), and we woke up around 03 am trying to get some fresh air from the window (only 6 degrees Celsius). Grate breakfast.

We did. It use the pool because we are between seasons . The room was very nice. Clean and comfy. The best was the wonderful welcome from Julie and Olivier ! They are so nice and great hosts

The room was clean with comfortable beds! The owner and staff were very nice and helpful! They made us feel right at home with great recommendations for food in the area! Very quiet and beautiful area!

Comfortable hotel and great stopover location. Staff very helpful and attentive; perhaps too much for some but I very much enjoyed my stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely family owned hotel. The owners are delightful and the rooms are simple but very clean and comfortable. The hotel has an outdoor pool across the street, but the air temperature was too cool for us to go swimming. We had read nice things about the hotel restaurant, but we happened to be there on a Thursday, which is the one day that it’s closed. Fortunately, there are plenty of dining options within walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel, which is extra, was very good and offered a variety of options. Parking, which is included, is in a lot just across the street from the hotel. The town of Rousillon is stunning and we enjoyed watching the sunset over the red cliffs and green valleys from our hotel balcony. All in all, we enjoyed everything about our stay at Maison des Ocres and would return if we were back in the area again.

This hotel is a lovely place to stay when visiting Roussillon and the nearby area. The room was well equipped, great shower, and very comfortable bed. The hotel has a wonderful buffet breakfast that’s got everything - even scrambled eggs and bacon for Americans. The restaurant is wonderful with excellent food and great service in a very charming dining room. The hotel has a superb collection of art on its walls. Finally, the friendliness of the hotel personnel was so refreshing after earlier places we’ve stayed in France. Stay there you will be happy you did!
