What a wonderful experience in Arles. Wonderful boutique hotel and a fabulous staff. Our travel partners had their luggage lost by the airline and they did all they could to get it delivered. Our flight was delayed over a day and they kept the light on for us. The attached bar and restaurant are lovely and breakfast is all you need.

Hotel is conveniently located, short walk from public parking area. Staff were welcoming, very helpful and attentive. Room small and a little cramped, but clean and well equipped with good shower room. Waiting staff were excellent, very friendly, and careful to offer assistance with gluten free options.

Lovely stay in the quaint village of Arles. Delightful rooms and friendly staff. Great dining on premises all day. Highly recommend!

Great place to stat

Tråkig upplevelse på vad som annars verkar vara ett bra hotell. Restaurangen levererade uselt, luftkonditioneringen fungerade inte. Vi bad att få byta rum, personalen kom upp och sa att de fixat inställningarna, men inte! Bra läge på hotellet

This hotel is fabulous, friendly, helpful and a fabulous location near everything! The food was excellent also. An A rating all around!

Nice property near the Arles Arena. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was fine. We had a very good stay

Loved this place, the staff, and location. Need ice for knee pain and they were very helpful. We were on the fifth floor, small high windows, great view of end of harbor festival and market area. Look at pictures carefully because lower floors have bigger windows.

I liked the location and that there was a nice restaurant. My room was very small with no cupboard space or drawers, there some hooks to hang clothes and coats. Saying that, it was more than suitable for a short stay for one traveler and there are much bigger rooms. Ate at the restaurant once which was good. I didn’t have breakfast there so can’t comment on that. Friendly helpful staff,

Perfect boutique hotel for our two night stay in Arles. Easily walkable from train station and to our river cruise. Located inside the old walls of the city makes it very convenient for sightseeing and dining. Highly recommend!

Very close to SNCF station, and to the river, on a pedestrian street lined with restaurants of every description. Spacious room, traditional in décor but with all modern conveniences. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
