小壮观酒店

Le personnel est toujours très agréable mais j'ai été extrêmement déçu de la chambre. Non chauffée en plein mois de janvier (radiateurs hors service), et une baignoire infecte m'obligeant à me laver au lavabo après avoir longuement laissé coulé de l'eau chaude pour réchauffer un minimum la salle de bains. Quant à la chambre, heureusement que j'avais un sèche-cheveux pour la chauffer un minimum.

Les services au sein de l'hôtel sont sommaires mais efficaces. Cependant, si le séjour est dicté par le pèlerinage au sein du sanctuaire voisin, et en cas de finances serrées, cela est amplement satisfaisant. C'est néanmoins devenu mon hôtel attitré à Lourdes.

It is a country town so everything is simple. There's no Uber. Because it is quite you can hear noise in the hall way from adjoining rooms.

Clean room, house clasic

Literie avec des cheveux et tâches, baignoire hyper crasseuse, portent qui claquent mais hôtel calme ET wc propre, matelas confortable, tv ok, oreillers, couverture et ventilateur en plus, fenêtre d'aération et pas de toiles d'araignées ni araignées. personnels polis et on peut rentrer et sortir quand on veut grâce à un code.

Loud noisy doors to bedroom, cleaner didn’t clean room everyday apart from one day and only hoovering part of the room. Cleaner attended one morning and left dirty towels behind in room. Shower tiles grubby and mould on tiles. For a two star ⭐ hotel lm disgusted by the service provided. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all to anyone. Booked a double bed and was given to single beds, not acceptable. I would like a refund?

Idealement place pour un pelerinage .Hotel un peu vieillot et les portes des chambres tres bruyantes .J ai passee un tres bon sejour quand même. J y retournerai si besoin et je le conseillerai.

Passage au sanctuaire

The hotel is cheap but awful and very old. The room wasn't that clean, with a massive cobweb in a corner of the ceiling. The bathroom was tiny, old, very uncomfortable with tiles detached from the wall and an old dirty shower curtain. The plumbing was making awful noises all the time and you could hear the room next door using their bathroom. The window was broken, once opened it couldn't be closed, and once closed it couldn't be opened. The whole hotel smells bad, from the moment you enter into the reception area, in the corridors and inside room. Avoid this hotel!!

It was dirty. The bathroom was especially in bad condition. The room was also moldy.

Tout demeure parfait qualité-prix. Personnel agréable, souriant et sérieux. Petit déjeuner correct avec une ambiance détendue.
