Overall a very pleasant stay. Comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent Ovation to Rue Rivoli and Blvd de l’Opera. Eric and Laurent very helpful, Eric shared history of the hotel, dates pre-1700, historic area next to Saint Roch Church. Minor inconvenience was that Hot water not very hot. But a good place to stay.

This is a great hotel for the price and location. Yes, the stairs are small, but a small price to pay for where you are.

Magnifique hôtel, à 10 minutes à pied du louvre et 2 minutes à pied du Parc des Tuileries. Accessible avec la ligne 1 (Tuileries) ou 14 (Pyramides). Excellent service et réceptionniste très acceuillant (les trois que nous avons vu, dont Eric et ses belles anecdotes). A recommander vivement pour tout séjour à Paris.

What a shame. Fab location, but… Sadly, the attic room windows all condensed and dripped all night, leaving both the bed and clothes we’d left on a chair wet. On reporting this, the first comment from the man at reception was ‘I’ve been here since 1998 and no one’s ever said this’. Can’t imagine he’s been upstairs much. He then sent a lady to go upstairs to check…he seemed surprised when I accompanied her. By then, a cushion I’d placed on the bed already had a 10cm wet patch on it from the dripping window. All he could say was that he would let management know…he couldn’t have cared less. When I pressed for any type of compensation (the room was hardly cheap, and the sleep less than adequate), we were offered madeleines and a coffee…which we politely declined. No goodbyes. I’m afraid I won’t be back, nor will I recommend this place…maybe it’s time to find a new manager.

I went early to see if I could leave my bag and Eric let me check in early and gave me a lovely warm welcome and some tips for the city.

Oda Paris için normal büyüklükte , temizliği çok iyi ancak merdivenler ve odaya geçişler biraz sıkıntılı. Merdivenler dar asansör çıkışında büyük bir valizle hareket etmek zor Otele girişte bir kat resepsiyona ulaşmak için çıkışıyor.
