NH 巴黎市郊歌剧酒店

房間滿小，行李箱只能打開ㄧ個大箱，但滿舒適，離地鐵站非常近，左右兩邊的兩個地鐵站都約走三分鐘。水壓有點小。

Very convenient place , near opera , north train station. Most of the site seeing place , shopping mall are within 2km from the hotel. Staff are nice and friendly.

Good location, but bad environment. The room looks different from the pictures shown on the website. It has a wired smell both at the hallway and in the room. The room was way to small to open up a suite case.

During our stay , we should be upgrade by Expedia VIP access but the check in staff told us only stay more than one week will get it. But when check out , the other staff told us they didn't get any message from Expedia, it's a mistake. Then they offer only one bottle complementary water in the room but without any notice or any information in the room. Because they offer complementary water and pay water with the same ones, so guests will easy to be confused and charged by hotel. I think it's not a good way to make money from guests. But after all the restaurant staffs are good enough when enjoy our breakfast.

The hotel is just a few steps from the metro station. It's also close to the Opera, which is a must-go in Paris and Lafayette if you want to do a bit shopping. Wifi is free, but the connection wasn't so good for once and was fixed by the staff promptly upon request. Staffs were friendly. Room wasn't that big but reasonable as a hotel in Paris. There were occasional noises from the road adjacent to the hotel.

缺點：客房打掃經常遺漏，忘記補充衛生紙、沐浴精或毛巾，需要到前檯拿取才有。出門時有人(不知是清潔人員或是房客)惡作劇將please make up the room的吊牌拿走，只好親自到前檯提醒需整理房間，但回來後，吊牌回來了，房間仍未整理。而且房間真的很小，浴室也小到不行。 優點：飯店位置不錯，附近就有地鐵七號線，到很多景點靠這條線都可以到達，附近也有很多公車站牌，離北站也很近，飯店旁就有家樂福超市，不遠處也有fraprix超市，屬於地點佳價格不高的飯店。 整體來說，只要客房清潔可以再提昇服務品質，且不再意客房大小，則算是不錯的飯店。

L’hôtel est très bien placé et le personnel est très sympathique. Nous avons bénéficié d’un surclassement, qui nous a fait découvrir et apprécier le petit-déjeuner gratuitement.

The staff was amazing, and the room was cleaned every day. Great are within walking distance from everything.

Empfang sehr nett und rasch. Zimmer relativ klein, aber angenehm hohe Zimmerdecke. Bad leider sehr unpraktisch. Die Glaswand der Dusche ist zu kurz, es gibt viel Wasser auf dem Boden vor dem Waschbecken. Frühstück im Keller ist okay für ein 4sterne Hotel. Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, wenn man wie ich in die Opera Garnier geht.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, Frühstück war hervorragend und Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich würde wieder hierher kommen.

Everything was perfect, from the checking in / checking out, the lovely clean room with complimentary wine and snacks and a great location. Would definitely stay again!

Small but spotless room, exceptional staff

Room 517, smelt smoky, three lights in bathroom and extractor not working. Fridge in cupboard could not be opened. Coffee and milk not refreshed on room clean.
