Pullman Paris Centre Bercy

Everything is very good. I love to live in this hotel and this hotel is one of my favourite hotel. I must live in it for my next Paris trip.

（Ａ）我們住了４天套房，視野非常好，面對美麗的河景；隔音也同樣好，完全聽不到樓上或同樓層的腳步聲。房間有３面大玻璃窗，很厚，戶外的車聲是微弱的，儘管面對一條塞納河邊的主要道路。 （Ｂ）４５平方公尺的房間很寬，可以多加一張單人床。 （Ｃ）浴室也很寬，唯一缺點是沒有浴缸。 （Ｄ）早餐很豐富，可惜四天都沒有變化。（它是免費的，所以我們並不抱怨） （Ｅ）最後一天延後退房２小時，沒有事先告知要額外付費。 整體而言，這是美好的一次住宿。

很棒的飯店，附近就有商店街和地鐵站 機能很好

overall i think the staff were the most disappointing- the staff gave the energy you were the worst burden of their life. i know english can be a task - but belittling eng speakers and make them feel less than is not customary in any language. or, maybe it was because i am gay checking in with my husband and the staff were homophobic? maybe? the staff were awful, mean, made us feel like we were less than, made us feel like we the biggest burden. absolutely definitely wouldn’t recommend for lgbt travellers - do better

Overall, the service was ok. A couple of days, the cleanliness was not what it should be. The breakfast was disappointing

The check in was smooth. Except WiFi was terrible. One of staff member at the desk was rude to worst customer service I received. Day before I was checking out, went ask him I can settle my bill as I was leaving early morning. He refused & these are his words come in morning he can’t do it right now. This was my 18th stay in this hotel in past 10 years. If they don’t care will look for another hotel. They should hold him responsible teach him how to deal with clients or Get ride of him.

Staff were helpful & polite. My daughter likes the table tennis & football tables in the lobby. Room was spacious & quite clean. The mattress & pillow left a deep impression cos mattress was thick & firm, and pillow gave good support. Hence we slept really well. Actually everything was good. The only complaint we have is the free bottled water provided. The cap is too tight & difficult to open. Opening the metal cap caused much pain to my fingers and sometimes I failed to open the bottle & ended up thirsty with painful fingers. So we bought own water instead.

O hotel fica em uma excelente localização, lugar seguro, com lojas, alimentação e estação de metrô bem próxima. O quarto é amplo e bastante confortável. Infelizmente, duas desatenções do staff do hotel prejudicaram um pouco nossa experiência. O sofá-cama não estava em formato cama e estava sem travesseiro e lençol quando chegamos. Quando liguei solicitando assistência, ela não foi enviada. Após eu descer e falar pessoalmente com a recepção, enviaram alguém. Também, em um dos dias de nossa estadia, o serviço de quarto deixou nosso apartamento aberto. Foi um susto quando chegamos e nossa filha abriu facilmente a porta sem precisar usar o cartão para destravar a porta. Felizmente, nada aconteceu com nossos pertences.

Hôtel très bien situé, à moins de 5 minutes à pieds de la ligne 14. Personnel agréable. La piscine avec le système de réservation de créneau permet qu’il n’y ai pas la foule. Chambre standard spacieuse et confortable, il manquait toutefois des aménagements de rangement dans la salle de bain, mais c’est un détail et nous recommandons cet hôtel !

Très bel hôtel. Très propre, bien entretenu. Bien situé. Personnel d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. De l’arrivée au desk jusqu’au personnel de ménage en passant par la restauration tout le monde est d’une amabilité incroyable. Bravo.

Room was clean and spacious

Breakfast was very good. The property is 40 years old and is getting a bit tired. Bercy Village nearby is really good.
