巴黎蒙帕纳斯铂尔曼酒店

飯店房間很多，所以隨時都有很多人出入。很多人不會用電梯，常擠在電梯口。基本上沒什麼服務，冰塊要自己到一樓酒吧要，Room service 送要錢。每天房內整理都不確實補上備品，連沐浴乳用完了也沒補充。甚至有一天整個房間都沒整理。房務人員一早十點就在敲門想整理，我人都還在房內。頂樓高級酒吧營業到2點，晚上隱約還能聽到音樂聲。

The entire lobby area has the aroma of sewage. The staff mostly seemed fine but on checking in one particular staff member did not like me pointing out that I was first in the queue and had been stood waiting with my entire family to be seen at one of the checkin desks. So much so that she went out of her way when we went to checkout to take the group physically stood behind me. It was only because I called out 'Am I invisible' that another member of the team came over and quickly directed me to another person to check out. They have screen cast option that simply does not work so be prepared for the tv to not provide programmes for children. The parking underneath seemed easy but it is nothing to do with the hotel. You then pay using a ticket machine. Unfortunately none of these would work and it is not manned at all before 11am. It also took many calling through the machine attempts to get anyone to answer and took us almost an hour to leave the carpark!

There was no great choice for vegetarians for breakfast. The room was not properly cleaned, there was mould in the bathroom, dirty behind the beds, dirty under the furniture and not nice smell from the bedsheets and towels.

Check in and check out we're very chaotic and not welcoming, otherwise room and location suited our needs perfectly.

staff were great. Good location. Italian restaurant on site is excellent

Staff should be improved Breakfast fees online is 50% compared to on site fees. We booked 3 rooms 2 online with breakfast and the third one without breakfasts. Once on site I added the breakfast and at the check Out I was surprised by the price as double compared what I paid for the first 2 reservations

chambre convenable , sauf que la fenêtre aurait pu être plus grande, service impeccable. point négatif: le restaurant UMAMI était fermé , il n'y avait que la pizzeria avec un petit menu

clean room

Everything is perfect but the pillows in the room. Please introduce a soft, narrow/flat option. Sounds crazy but there’s two options, one thick and hard and one super thick and feathery. Both a neck nightmare. A third in the wardrobe would be ideal as a thinner, soft. I just can’t sleep properly with the thickness of these pillows. Sorry it’s such a minor comment but everything is fantastic apart from this small detail

Sulla pubblicità ed immagini ufficiali dell hotel è fortemente pubblicità la terrazza panoramica ultimo piano vista Parigi ma in realtà è un club privato il cui accesso è a pagamento ( 25 euro con drink incluso ) e solo per adulti . Peccato avevo scelto hotel anche per quella terrazza vista torre .

Was allotted a room next to noisy cleaning / maintenance room noise was later in night and early morning. Later morning again complained but most of the staff did not understand a single word of English, however room was changed but we had to go through hassle of packing and unpacking. Front of the desk said a manager will contact via phone / WhatsApp/ email but so far nothing has happened…. All in all never going back to stay in that hotel again…
