Nice staff. Good service. Good location.

房間大小還好沒有拖鞋地板有點髒，淋浴間門看起來壞很久沒修，洗完澡會漏水到地板，洗臉台水洩很慢應該是塞住的，我不會推薦這樣的旅館

酒店位於主要旅遊區附近. 房間大小非常好, 也很整潔, 職員服務態度良好. 美中不足是浴室門不見了.

Good but no air conditioner

交通便利、生活機能完善，但房間較老舊、沒冷氣⋯

在巴黎的五天住在這間旅店，門口很不起眼，電梯很小，但很意外的，房間非常的乾淨明亮，裝潢很新，小廚房內有提供完整餐具、相關設備，甚至還有鹽和糖及小麵包，水果等，滿足想下廚的旅客。另外，他們有提供膠囊式的咖啡機（含沖茶功能），讓我們覺得相當新鮮。附近生活機能很好、距離Line 6, 8, 10的地鐵走路約5分鐘即可達、散步到巴黎鐵塔也相當近，並且附近有一間非常棒的餐廳！ 但還是發生了兩件讓人遺憾的事情： (1)第一天下午Check in我們發現電視和兩盞燈不能開啟，我們反映給服務人員，她態度非常和善，頻頻向我們道歉，並說會利用我們待會外出的時間請人修理，問我們介不介意等一下讓修理人員進入我們房間。我們表示不介意，於是將行李鎖好後就先離開飯店開始我們第一天的行程，晚上約莫九點回到飯店，發現電視與燈的狀況依舊，我們再度反映給服務人員，但已經換班，並非下午同一位小姐，她說不了解狀況，無法幫我們處理，於是入住的第一天晚上，我們沒有電視及房間內部很昏暗。雖所幸隔天下午這件事情就處理好了，但我們總不免想，若只下榻一天的話，那一定會很不悅的。 (2)第三天晚上，我發現我放在洗手台上的一罐卸妝乳不見了，那是一瓶高約15公分，至少還有2/3份量的卸妝乳，不可能被當作垃圾丟掉，但我也不太相信清潔人員會想要偷一瓶卸妝乳，但無論如何，那是晚上約11點鐘，我很難在附近找到還開著的藥妝店，嚴重造成我卸妝的困擾，讓我心裡與身體都難受了一整個晚上。我雖旅行不算頻繁，但也住過大大小小至少約20間飯店、旅館、民宿等，這是第一次遇到卸妝乳不見Orz......。隔天我們向櫃台的服務人員反映，她依舊是態度相當良好地向我們道歉，但除此之外，好像也無能為力了。 總結，這是一間裝潢、設備都非常新的旅店，櫃檯的小姐人態度非常之好。但整間旅店好像就只有一位一樓櫃台的服務人員，而修理人員、House keeping等，都似外包人員。所以在制度與管理上有點問題，因House Keeping也有一些零碎的問題，但可能是個人感受問題，就不再多贅述。 雖整理上來說，它還是CP值很高的旅店，但未來再到巴黎旅遊，若預算高點，我會先選擇附近其他更有制度一點的飯店。以上建議提供參考。

It was very convent and walking distance.

The staff was so nice and the location is great. It’s so close to everything and it’s such a great price. The only problem we had is there was only half of the shower door but it still worked to keep water off the floor. I’ve stayed here twice and would definitely come back.

Como positivo, destacaría que la chica de recepción intentó entendernos en todo momento e incluso ayudarnos, el chico mejor no hablamos, nefasto, solo sonreír y decir oui oui... aspectos negativos: en 5 días no nos barrieron la habitación, los dos últimos días ni si quiera ns hicieron la cama, un enchufe que no funciona que nos quejamos el primer día y aun podemos estar esperando al técnico y un largo etc... cabe destacar que tiene buena ubicación y que la camada es cómoda, por lo demás... si pasabas mucho rato en la ducha el agua salía fría...

Excelente. Atendimento muito bom, quarto com cozinha excelente. Muito bem localizado, próximo a mercado, lavanderia e à torre Eifel.

The location of the hotel was ok - a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and it had a lot of very nice local cafe's around where the food was fabulous, the room on the other hand was ok reasonably clean but there was a leak in the bathroom ad thick black mold on the ceiling as there was no extractor and no shower screen door so all of the water would be all over the floor. All so there was no tea or Coffee available in the room. It was ok i wouldn't go back.

숙박객이 다들 한국인이어서 한국인지 프랑스인지 헷갈림 ㅋ 저렴한 가격에 맞는 숙소이며 그 이상을 원한다면 비싼곳을 알아보시길 르버스 하차후 10분정도 걸리며 주변에 대중교통 많아서 편리함 방에 커피포트는 없으니 참고하고 리셉션 직원들도 다들 친절함 캐리어도 보관 가능함

No me gustó la limpieza del lavabo, y la habitacion no era la que pedí, la pedimos que diera a la calle y era a un patio interior que hay un colegio, y las luces del techo de la habitación no funcionaban.

Great location, 10 minute walk to the eiffel tower. Amazing customer service, some of the nicest people in paris. Our concierge, Fourat, was extremely nice and helpful. If you want helpful and friendly staff, this is the place to stay.

Great location. Great staff. Room overall was exactly as described and in good condition... except for the bathroom. No door or curtain on the shower, hot water tank next to the sink leaked significantly when used and black mould covered a significant area of the ceiling. The shower was blocked so didn't drain the first night but this was fixed the next day without any fuss so this was a good response to a bad situation. Overall we were very happy with the hotel for the price.

La dotación de la habitación excelente, cocina con todos los utensilios lo que facilita preparación del desayuno y una cena ligera. Además como habitación excelente. La ubicación única, cerca a todo.

I would suggest to stay in this hotel only if you do not get any option to stay other side of the river. This hotel is in close proximity only to Eiffel tower and rest everything is far away.
