The room is clean and quiet. The staff are helpful and attentive. The taxi that hotel arranged to airport is very clean and comfy. It is a pleasant stay!

Stayed at the One Alma for 3 nights, and had a wonderful time. The team were absolutely fantastic, really welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely, and the facilities were excellent. A very good hotel, made exceptional by the General Manager and his team. Will be our first choice in Paris from now on. Thank you.

Amazing experience at the hotel. I had a last minute request to make do some decorations. The staff was so helpful in getting the flowers and everything else needed within a matter of hours. Adel was great and communicated with me frequently along the way to ensure I had a wonderful experience. Thanks again guys

I loved my bedroom at The One Alma Paris and the en-suite was equally beautiful. Great location for the Eiffel Tower and surrounds with lots of nearby restaurants. We ate breakfast on the rooftop which was fantastic with lots of options. Would definitely recommend.

Our family had a wonderful stay at The One Alma. Traveling with two young children can be challenging, but the team made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel strikes a rare balance - intimate and luxurious without ever feeling stuffy. The location was perfect for exploring Paris on foot, yet tucked away on a quiet street where we could truly relax after busy days sightseeing. Our room was beautifully appointed, exceptionally comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained throughout our stay. Breakfast each morning was exceptional. The quality of the food was outstanding, with fresh pastries, fruit, eggs made to order, and excellent coffee. It was a highlight of our stay and a wonderful way to begin each day before heading out to explore the city. What stood out most was the kindness of the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, and patient with our children, making us feel like valued guests rather than simply another reservation. Those small gestures made a lasting impression. If you’re looking for a boutique Paris hotel that delivers exceptional service while also being a wonderful place to stay as a family, I couldn’t recommend The One Alma more highly. We would happily return on our next visit to Paris.

There wasn’t anything about this hotel that wasn’t wonderful. From the staff to the great room the roof top bar and restaurant with a view of the Eiffel Tower. It was fabulous.

I had a very pleasant stay at The One Alma in Paris. The room was spacious, well maintained and tastefully decorated, with plush amenities that made the stay feel truly comfortable and indulgent. The bed and linens were of high quality, the bathroom well appointed, and small touches like quality toiletries and thoughtful in‑room details added to the overall experience. The breakfast was outstanding, with a generous spread and high‑quality options that really set a positive tone for the day. The location is excellent – in a quiet area yet within easy walking distance of key sights and good restaurants, so getting around on foot was very convenient. Overall, a very good experience and I would be happy to stay here again.

You can't beat this hotel for location. It's small but very accommodating. The rooftop is a plus, can walk everywhere. Room was very chic, functional, and unique. you can't go wrong here considering you could spend a lot more at neighboring hotels

Wir haben über Expedia ein Zimmer Superior mit 22 m² gebucht. Wir haben jedoch ein kleines Doppelzimmer mit Verbindungstür bekommen (ca. 13 m² Zimmer und 3,5 m² Badezimmer mit Schimmel an der Decke. Dieses Zimmer war Teil eines Familienzimmers, wie es auf der Homepage vom Hotel "The One Alma Paris" angeboten wird. Nachdem wir erst am späteren Nachmittag einchecken konnten, haben wir uns nach dem Abendessen an der Rezeption beschwert. Man hat uns informiert, dass man sich darum kümmert, der Hotelmanager sei aber nicht mehr im Haus. Somit haben wir 1 Nacht in dem Zimmer geschlafen. Am nächsten Morgen erhielten wir keinerlei Information vom Hotel - da wir Karten für das Louvre hatten, haben wir unterwegs im Hotel angerufen. Es war nur der Concierge anwesend, der uns einen Rückruf versprach, der nicht erfolgte. NAch 1 1/2 Stunden habe erneut angerufen - man erklärte uns, dass die Zimmergröße für ein 5* Hotel die gesetzliche Größe hat, aber wir können um € 60,- je Nacht upgraden!? Es folgte ein weiteres ergebnisloses Telefonat. Im Anschluss, habe ich ein Mail an das Hotel und an die Marketingabteilung der H10 Hotelgruppe mit Fotos vom Schimmel im Badezimmer und mit einem Screenshot der Zimmerbeschreibung von der Hotelhomepage gesandt. Daraufhin bekamen wir am Abend in ein anderes Zimmer. Grundsätzlich ist dieses Hotel weit weg von 5 Sternen - es waren keine Hausschuhe für den Wellnesbereich verfügbar, die Fenster waren innen sehr verschmutzt, keine Liegen im Welnessbereich,

Check-in için en geç saat 15.00 olmasına rağmen, oda temizlenmediği için odaya giremedik. Artık beklemekten sıkılıp isyan ettiğimizde sanki iyilik yapıyormuş gibi istemeye istemeye başka oda buldular. Otelin kendi kural bölümünde late check-out bedeli 500 euro’dan başlar ibaresi olduğu halde, bize odayı geç vermelerine karşılık, kaybettiğimiz vakti bize tazmin etmelerini istediğimizde herhangi mantıklı bir çözüm bulmadılar. Genel olarak çalışanlar ilgisizdi, dışarıda hava 31 derece iken odamızın kliması bozuldu, 3 kere aradıktan sonra tamire ancak geldiler. Sadece 2 asansör olmasına rağmen birisi bozuldu. Kahvaltı alalına giden asansör olduğu için en üst kata merdivenle çıkmak zorunda kaldık. Tekrardan Paris’e gelirsem asla tercih etmeyeceğim ve kimseye de önermiyorum.

Wow, what a great staff! They go on and beyond to make sure you feel at home. The concierge made reservations at restaurants for us and was knowledgeable. We were there to celebrate my wife’s 50th Birthday. When we got back to our room from our Dinner reservation we had a bottle of champagne and some treats waiting for us. They made it special! One more important thing is that the front desk speaks 3 different languages, English, Spanish, and French of course fluently. Thank you to the whole staff.
