Habitación super limpia y espaciosa. Muy bien equipada, nosotros somos exigentes y no hemos encontrado ningún problema o cosa negativa para destacar.
La cocina da el servicio necesario para cenar comida y desayunos. Sobra cuando lo que buscas es no cocinar y tomar algo rápido y calentarlo.
Por dar una propuesta de mejora, nuestra al habitación tenía una bañera en lugar de una ducha, la bañera es algo alta entiendo que personas con problemas de movilidad le puede costar entrar y sobre todo salir de la bañera. Había con ducha pero para nosotros nos manejábamos bien.
Perfecto, volveríamos sin duda a este hotel

All in all, very good experience. A minor issue was that I couldn’t get the coffee machine in my room to work, and there were no instructions how to switch it on. The gym is very small and has very limited equipment. But still better than having none at all.

Room was comfortable. If you have a car it's easy to Genava. Worth price there.
I was waiting for check in for almost 1 hour , just 2 groups in front of me. There has laundry room , but no more powders for guest.

the location is convenient, Carrefour supermarket is not far away so food can be got simply. Room service is not very efficient, even toilet paper did not be replenished. The breakfast could be better. The capacity of air conditioner seems not enough to cool down the room temperature in summer.

We chose this hotel because it was cheap and an eight minute drive from the airport. However, the eight minute taxi cost 39 Franks which was a surprise.
They do offer a free airport shuttle on the way back to the airport.

The apartment was a bit dirty. The shower cabin wasn’t clean. There was mould on the kitchen pentry wall. The lamp over the stove was broken. There was some nasty spots on the carpet in the hallway outside the room.
The staff in the reception was very friendly and helpful.
I had to pay 200Euros in deposit but I didn’t get it back directly after checkout. Now it has been 10 hours since I checked out but still no money have been returned. I have stayed in many hotels and apartments before but have never had to pay such a big deposit and those times I have paid a small deposit, I have received a back payment directly after checkout.

Nice place not far from airport and Congress center Palexpo. Carrefour supermarket 10 min walk 🚶, bus 🚌 66 goes to airport quite often. Swimming pool in the basement was the best thing in hot weather +37c!

They need to do better. The front desk person knows nothing apparently. They didnt want to clean my room after 5 days. They said room cleans every 7 days. That was totally unacceptable. The kitchen was way too small.
