Modern, spacious, luxurious room. Staff at pool bar and other bar not friendly. They seemed understaffed

The property is stunning. The staff is exceptional and it’s just a happy environment. Just don’t order the nachos at the pool. It was the only disappointment. Everything was amazing! Make your reservations today and unplug!

I can’t say enough how wonderful this hotel was as their staff were wonderful! We will be going back!

Best stay yet. Bora Bora is gorgeous even when it rains. The Westin and the service we received was top tier. Everyone here was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back here one day.

Amazing property and staff!

Absolutely incredible. We spent our honeymoon at the Westin this past week and I could not imagine a better experience. From the moment you arrive at the airport, the staff are genuinely happy to help you with anything you need. They ensure that you don’t have to lift a finger during your stay. Our first morning we met with the concierge and booked all of the recommended activities - jet skiing, snorkeling, sailing and a massage. We also toured the on-site turtle hospital which was very cool. Our premium bungalow with a plunge pool was amazing, with a view of the mountain. We had room service brought to the plunge pool as the sun was setting one night. I could not recommend the Westin more highly.

Amazing hotel. Best service

We stayed in an overwater villa with a pool and looking directly at Mount Otemanu on the front row. I couldn’t fault the accomodation. Spectacular views, Clean modern and well designed villa. Super comfy bed, pillows and furniture in the villa. A huge viewing window for looking into the water and every night 3 stingrays would come and swim under the window. Amazing This should be on your bucket list of to do’s in life. It’s not cheap but worth every penny. Simply paradise. Staff are fantastic and any issues are immediately rectified. Bora Bora is truly heaven on earth.

La chambre était plus que géniale, le personnel adorable et chaleureux, toujours à l’écoute. Je recommande de prendre la demie pension niveau repas cela suffit (petit déjeuner et diner) et il est toujours possible d’acheter en plus pour le midi (attention les plats sont plutôt chers). la cuisine est au top le cadre est magique et surtout c’est calme parfait pour se reposer tout en observant raies, tortues et requins sous les pilotis ! Les activités proposées sont très sympathiques et conviviales. J’ai adoré mon séjour et recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Excellent place with extremely friendly staff. Obviously not cheap but I'm most cases money well spent. Make sure to get to St. James restorunt on the main island

Room was wonderful

Views are amazing. The property itself is fabulous. Grounds are well maintained with fragrant flowers and great water views. Food is definitely above average and good choices for breakfast and restaurants and bars are available on property. Rooms have a Soaking tub and glass by the door where you can see into the water...private balcony with access to the water for snorkeling .. bungalows are beautifully decorated.. The property is large and they do have golf cart service to take you to the restaurant area if needed and back... the boat ride from the airport is very cool. Would highly recommend this property. Staff very helpful and kind.

The room was spotless and beautiful, but it could use an umbrella on the deck to go over the lounge chairs for those who didn’t want to sit in the sun all day. I saw that the huts with the pools did have an umbrella. Because it was too hot to sit on the deck we did take advantage of the beautiful pool and beach area and found a lovely cabana in the shade to sit in. The beach bar drinks were very expensive and not that good for the expense. For example it was $30 for a daiquiri. It was $17 for the cheapest mocktail. Therefore, we barely ordered anything from the bar. If the prices would’ve been half that we probably would’ve had five or six drinks for the day. The food was very good. The wait staff was very nice. The standup paddle boards were awesome!. The kayaks were nice. When I went on the stand-up paddleboard in the area around the huts, I saw five stingrays and a small black tipped shark. All in, I thought it was overpriced as we paid about $2500 per night when all said and done with taxes, etc and I thought the service would have been better for that price. We had better and more attentive service on our Windstar cruise for a quarter of the cost. For example about the service, I would have thought someone would help me carry in the paddle board instead of me lugging it up to the area. Little things like that one would expect when paying so much.
