Seh angenehmes Hotel mit schönem Design der Lobby und des Zimmers. Frühstücksraum mit Blick auf die Berge. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und professionell. Man fühlt sich als Gast sehr wohl. Alles ist gut organisiert und durchdacht. Reichhaltiges Frühstück, bei dem immer nachgelegt wird. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten nah am Hotel. Ingesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und eine klare Empfehlung.

The hotel claimed that Expedia didn't tell them that I had children staying in THE FAMILY ROOM so they charged me twice the rate of the room I paid for and refused to send me an itemized invoice even after I requested it! They are scammers. I put 2 adults and all my children's information into Expedia prior to checking in. Also, the reception desk isn't open 24 hours, which was very inconvenient.

L’hôtel Avalon est idéalement placé pour découvrir Bad Reichenhalle, petite ville thermale très agréable avec de belles promenades. L'aspect extérieur ne rend pas bien compte de la qualité d'ensemble de l'établissement. Très bon petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse. Chambre avec un petit balcon avec vue sur la montagne. Parking pas évident en pleine saison.

Top Unterkunft, freundliches, zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück hervorragend, Zimmer toll. WIr waren super positiv überrascht. Obwohl das Hotel gegeüber dem Bahnhof liegt ist es absolut ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
