Super Aufenthalt. Ich kam viel zu früh an (10:00) aber mir wurde direkt geholfen und mir wurde ein Zimmer organisiert. Zimmer war super ausgestattet, sauber, groß.

Rooms are nice however the soundproofing in this hotel is awful. Each door shakes the building, all voices between rooms and footsteps heard. The cleaning staff also came into my room twice without knocking. I asked them to stop and they continued. The staff shout and yell in hallways as well. no respect for privacy. There are no automatic doors on the premises so 0 accessibility needs are met for someone who would require.

Das Zimmer wurde schlampig gereinigt.
Benutzte Gläser wurden nicht abgewaschen, kein Handtuchservice lediglich die Betten wurden gemacht, entspricht nicht einem 4* Hotel, nach 5 Aufenthalten wohl der letzte

Everything. Even though breakfast did not finish until 10.30 my wife was told at 10.00 , no brown bread and she is allergic to white which meant that we had no breakfast at all.

The hotel was relatively good and in a good location. The main issue was a persistent loud humming noise in the room. Despite several visits to reception, the staff were not particularly helpful and at times rather condescending, suggesting the problem was on my end. As a result, I had to sleep with earplugs for the duration of my stay. They acknowledged the problem and sent a technician who allegedly fixed the problem (they did not...). I was offered two drinks coupons for the hotel bar....

Unser Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Vor unserer Ankunft wurde die Heizung abgestellt, sodass wir in ein sehr warmes Zimmer eintreten konnten.
Abends haben wir im Restaurant gegessen. Essen war lecker und preiswert. Können wir auf jedenfall empfehlen. Die Bedienung war großartig! Ein wirklich sehr netter Gentleman.
Unser einziges Manko - Der Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmrt sah furchtbar aus. Total verkalkt von außen. Lädt nicht dazu ein, sich abends oder morgens noch eine Tee zu machen.
