Sehr aufmerksame, freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiterinnen! Tolles, modernes Zimmer in einem schönen alten Gebäude, sehr sauber, komfortabel mit grossem Bad. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Fussgängerzone, absolut perfekte Lage! Die dadurch fehlenden Parkmöglichkeiten werden durch nahe liegende öffentliche Parkhäuser gut ersetzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Good location but hard to find and learn where to park etc. No internet service for 2 days with no urgency to fix it. Very small room and bath.

Preis - Leistung stimmt. Empfehlenswert . Stadtnähe. PKW gut untergebracht. hat uns gefallen.

They switched us to their castle hotel property which was nice and the folks were friendly.

GREAT all round, but beware the noise outside as uni town. ask for room facing back court yard if you need sleep

El hotel para ser un 3 estrellas alemán está fenomenal. La primera impresión puede que no sea buena porque es un hotel que están un poco anticuado pero luego descubres que todo está muy limpio y cuidado. Lo mejor fue el servicio, que es encantador y super servicial. Siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad del cliente. Para mi ha sido un 10 y en un lugar inmejorable.

Hübsches Hotel, was noch vor 50 Jahren als Studentenwohnheim diente. Viele Jahrhunderte alt. Mitten in der Fußgängerzone, nahe dem Parkhaus P8 gelegen. Rezeption im 1. Stock, Zimmer in 2. und 3. Etage. Die Altbauetagen sind viel höher als heute. Kein Fahrstuhl, also nichts für Leute, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind. Die Zimmer sind recht kleine. Der Service ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück bietet fast alles was das Herz begehrt.

We loved the location! Being on the Main Street made it very convenient. The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. Will definitely stay here again.

Well located for the historic centre and castle and local shops, bars and restaurants. Large, newly refurbished room, large well appointed bathroom, lovely comfy bed with crisp, fresh bedlinen, very helpful desk staff. Room overlooks pedestrianised street and its many well refreshed students returning to their books at 3.20 am. Vehicle deliveries to local shops and street cleaning trucks also early in the morning so you may want to pack earplugs

Sehr hübsches zentral gelegenes Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal - jedoch für lärmempfindliche Personen nicht zu empfehlen da das Hotel an der Hauptstrasse (Fussgängerzone) liegt und sehr viel Betrieb herrscht. Frühstück war gut.

Hotel is located very good for sightseeing. looking for parking was tough, include public one. finally I parked public parking far from 5 min. noise by drinking people was noisy, till 2 AM.

No parking, no elevator, very dated, breakfast in small crowded room.... Felt almost like a hostel.

Nice hotel, clean and situation is excellent within the heart of city center
