La habitación era grande y limpia, el personal muy agradable y poder tomar un café de cortesía me parece un detallazo. A la ida no usamos el servicio de shuttle, que era gratis, pero ya se había terminado cuando llegamos y para volver nos cobraron 40€ (8€ por persona), me parece excesivo. Bien ubicado, cerca del aeropuerto.

it is a typical airport hotel. Nice and cleat. but small , and not many facilities........ only one restaurant, food is average. they did provide an additional bed for third person, without too much extra charges........ a small mall right across the street, with supermarket, a small foodcourt. I regretted that I chose to eat in the hotel restaruant. I would rather eat in the food court instead, if I knew its quality.......
but the room itself is large , with bath tub. oeverall, I think it is good given its low price compared with other hotel....

Der Fitnessbereich ist für ein Hotel gut ausgestattet.
Was mich etwas geärgert hat war, dass die Zimmerreinigung, die auf Anfrage durchgefüht wird, trotz zweimaliger Bitte morgens im Hotel bis zur Rückkeehr von der Arbeit am Nachmittag, nicht durchgeführt wurde. Enteder schlechte Kommunikation oder Organisation im Haus. Bei Ankunft ar das Zimmer auf jeden Fall sauber.

Das NH Stuttgart besuche ich immer wieder gerne. Schöne Zimmer, ruhige Lage, aber schnell auf der B27/Autobahn, Parkmöglichkeiten gegen Gebühr am Hotel. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, Spezialitäten wie Eiervariaten, Avocado-Tacos und mehr sind kostenfrei zu bestellen. Die Bar im ersten Stock ist angenehm. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im Ortsteil Bonlanden gelegen, sind Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen.

Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet basic expectations. The night staff was rude and extremely impatient. The toilet had a very unpleasant smell, and basic toiletries like shampoo and soap were not provided. Would not recommend.
