酒店说得过去，设施旧了点，没有照片上看的漂亮。但管理不错，员工态度也好，西餐厅很美，菜肴也味美。就是位置离开所有的景点都很远，对旅游的人来说很不方便。

Wir wollten an Silvester 3 Zimmer auf einen Stockwerk haben was wir auch schon im September gebucht haben. Nicht möglich somit mussten wir uns in der Lobby treffen, da man mit der Karte nur auf seinen Stock fahren kann. Zimmer waren um 15 Uhr nicht fertig. An Neujahr musste man warten bis man zum frühstück kann oder in der lobby essen. Bademäntel waren keine auf dem Zimmer nach anruf bei Housekepping und Rezeption haben die gesagt es dauert ein wenig. 2 Stunden später nochmals angerufen dann war die Antwort. Sie haben keine mehr.

Food: 5/5 Room: 5/5 Check-In: 5/5 Spa: 2/5 - The website did not advertise that the Spa 18+ area was "no clothing only" area. My wife could not enjoy the ameneties because it is against her comfort level. Pool: 1/5 - The pool was the biggest disappointment. It was barely above freezing. My family couldn't stay in it for longer than 3 minutes. The front desk said there was nothing they could do. Multiple guests complained about the pool temperature. Overall stay: We won't be returning to the hotel. We came for the Spa area and pool that were advertised. Without those, the hotel was a waste of time and money.

Schöner großer Spa Bereich mit 2 Saunen, Schwimmbad, Whirlpool (leider etwas kalt), Dampfbad und großem Ruhebereich. Zimmer waren zufriedenstellend.

J’ai réservé pour 2 nuits malheureusement mauvaise expérience pour nous. J’ai réservé pour adultes et 1 enfant j’ai bien noté avant d’arriver, mais première nuit ils m’ont donné une chambre simple pour une personne plus radiateur n’est marche pas , lendemain j’ai réclamé à là reception il m’a donné une autre chambre pour 3 personnes mais sont radiateurs il arrêt pas tout la nuit, je suis trop chaud tout la nuit mal dormi, en plus je suis tombé en maladie. Laisse tomber je retourne jamais dans cette Pullman

Le personnels de l’accueil pareil pour la restauration du matin très sympas par contre en 5 j juste une seule fois le ménage a été fait pour un 4 étoile c’est moyens et dans la chambre pas de chauffage il ne marcher pas

The staff and cleanliness was excellent. There was a wonderful indoor pool and Dana.

Wifi was so bad that I couldn't even connect in my room. The staff gave me a code for a different network, but that just made it so that I could finally connect, but couldn't do any work. Even in the lobby I had full connectivity, but their speeds are bad.

Teilweise Renovierungsstau, Fahrstühle, öffentliche WC´s

I was visiting my son who lives nearby. The staff were friendly and professional and the room was clean and comfortable.

Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, schöne Hotelbar, schöner großer Pool mit Liegen - war alles sehr angenehm dort

Room was super hot upon arrival. So I turned on the AC hoping it would improve - it became worse! Turns out, that the AC was not working at all. When notifying the front desk and asking for a change of room I was told the situation was the same for all the rooms, and the problem was "the central heating". Also, WiFi in the hotel was erratic with frequent dropouts and long loading times. The Hotel has not one but two open WiFi's and also one password protected which the front desk helped me getting access to. Alas, neither of these worked properly.

Schone Zimmer Mit still gestellt

Le petit déjeuner était varié avec du bon pain et du très bon thé. L espace SPA était très agréable aven un bon jaccuzi, dommage que l eau de la piscine était un peu froide. Les bonbons et l' eau sont une charmante attention. Top

Immer wieder gerne für ein Wochenende. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat wieder an Qualität gewonnen. Es gibt z.B. auch wieder Lachs. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen im Frühstücksraum und Spa. Man freut sich schon auf ein Wiedersehen.

Safe war defekt und wurde innert 4 Tagen nicht ausgetauscht. Reinigungs Personal täglich ab 7 Uhr sehr laut auf den Gängen unterwegs. Im Wellness FKK Bereich viele Gäste mit Badekleider unterwegs.
