The staff was lovely and helpful.
The facility was clean.
Wonderful that spa was included.
The only "negative" thing was that the refrigerator in the room was a little bit slow. But at the same time I am glad that there was a refrigerator at all!

Frühstück fantastisch - Eiergerichte werden nach Wunsch zubereitet. Sehr gute Auswahl und top Qualität. Zimmer gute Größe, Bad etwas klein aber tolle Regendusche. Wasser im Pool etwas frisch. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer im 12. Stock war sehr ruhig. Kein Lärm von außen zu hören. Für unseren 6jährigen Sohn haben wir ohne Problem ein extra Kinderbett für das Doppelzimmer bekommen. Parken in der Tiefgarage € 25,- für 24h. Alle 3 Lifte haben funktioniert.

Bra säng med tempur-kudde som alternativ. Rummet var mkt bra. Vi hade otur med nedstängda delar av SPA-avdelningen utan info till oss vid bokningen. Irriterande!

Gutes Frühstück, annehmliches Ambiente. Poolbereich konnten wir wegen Seniorenschwimmkurs leider nicht nutzen, sah aber auch ordentlich aus. Bequemes Bett, kleines, aber cut ausgestattetes Bad.

Schönes Zimmer, allerdings war der Nachbar durch die Verbindungstür recht gut zu hören. Sehr gutes und vielfältiges Frühstück. Anbindung durch S-Bahn und Bus sehr gut.

A very beautiful hotel. I regret that air conditioning in the room barely worked. The temperature outside averaged 38-40 degrees during our stay. The room temperature bordered on warm to uncomfortable.

Das Zimmer war ganz okay.
Wir waren mit Baby da, uns wurde freundlicherweise ein Kinderbett neben unser Bett gestellt. Leider war das Bett ziemlich dreckig und die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken. Unser Kind hat dann lieber bei uns mit im Bett geschlafen, das für 3 Leute aber recht klein ist.
Ansonsten war alles ok. Für eine Nacht ist es in Ordnung, da wir ohnehin nur auf Durchreise waren.

I am amazed that I paid $28 for a double shot of Jack Daniels at the hotel bar. Taxes and corporate gouging at its worst. Stick with local beer - much, much more affordable. Other than that, hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located next to the S and U bahn stops to airport and downtown Stuttgart.
Would stay at it again.

Ich war nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Kaltes Wasser am Empfang war sehr erfrischend.
Das Kingsize Bett war sehr bequem. Es gab auch die Möglichkeit ein Memory Kissen zu benutzen.
Leider war nur ein Aufzug im Betrieb. Es hat entsprechend zu langen Wartezeiten geführt. Die Treppe war Anfang Mai 2026 gesperrt und die einzige Ausweichmöglichkeit war über die Notfall-Treppe von außen.
Den Spa-/Fitnessbereich habe ich nicht gebraucht.
Sehr nah an die S-/ und Bahnstation, was sehr praktisch war.
