Nous avions une chambre avec piscine privée. Top ! Aucun vis à vis et la piscine a une profondeur de 1,50m et permet de nager vu sa taille. Grande chambre moderne, literie très bien. Personnel très attentionné. Pour mon anniversaire, nous avons eu droit à une petite bouteille de prosecco accompagnée d’une belle corbeille de fruits alors que nous n’avions rien mentionné concernant la date. Ils ont dû le noter au moment du check in sur les papiers d’identité. Restaurant buffet avec beaucoup de choix (changement tous les jours) et personnel adorable.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Crete, especially families with young children. The staff were truly exceptional – without a doubt the highlight of our stay. Every single person was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our holiday special. They always greeted us with a smile, were fantastic with our one-year-old son, and went above and beyond to help whenever we needed anything. The food was another big highlight. The quality was consistently excellent, with a great variety of delicious dishes that made every meal something to look forward to. Travelling with a toddler can sometimes be challenging, but this hotel made it so easy. Everything felt very child-friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed, and we always felt comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay. We will definitely be back!

Bra hotel för familj ,lång feån havet med bil 5,6 min

During our recent stay, we experienced several issues that we hope management will address to improve future guest experiences. Bathroom: The shower drain requires attention from a professional plumber; the tiles are chipped, the drain is loose and unclean, and water pools across the floor during use. Additionally, the two bathroom windows open directly onto the neighbouring room’s balcony, offering zero privacy unless kept completely shut. Room Safety & Amenities: The multilevel steps around the bed are a safety hazard—my partner tripped and fell twice while getting out of bed. Furthermore, the in-room fridge did not work at all during our stay, and the AC unit had a damp odour and blew hot air upon arrival. We also suggest upgrading the in-room information guide from a laminated folio to a proper binder. Facilities & Dining: The pool area is very pleasant, though we noticed green algae around the pool daily. Breakfast offered plenty of delicious options, but unfortunately, the coffee quality fell short. Parking & Checkout: Parking near the rooms is limited and challenging, though additional parking is available about 400 meters away. At checkout, the system needs updating to ensure a final folio with charges clearly itemised in English is provided. Overall, the property has great potential, and we offer this feedback as constructive criticism to help it reach an excellent standard.

Et super skønt sted - god beliggenhed- dejligt personale som er meget serviceorienteret. Vi havde nogle flotte værelser med egen pool og fantastisk udsigt - kan klart anbefales. Vi kommer tilbage igen.

Excellent hôtel pour notre premier séjour en Crète. Nous y avons passé nos trois premières nuits afin de découvrir l’est de l’île, notamment Agios Nikolaos, les criques d’Istro, Elounda et ses nombreux restaurants, ainsi que la plage sauvage de Kolokytha. La piscine d’eau salée est très agréable et le cadre est magnifique. Mention spéciale au petit-déjeuner, copieux et varié, que l’on peut savourer avec une vue directe sur la piscine : un excellent début de journée. Notre seule petite déception concerne le balcon. Bien que nous ayons réservé une chambre avec vue sur la mer, celle-ci était en grande partie masquée par un palmier situé juste devant. De plus, le balcon n’était pas très fonctionnel. Si nous revenions, nous ne sommes pas certains de payer à nouveau le supplément pour la vue mer sur ce type de chambre. Hormis ce détail, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et recommandons cet hôtel comme point de départ pour découvrir l’est de la Crète.

It's a nice and quiet hotel. Location: A bit far from town or the beach. Breakfast: at a first glimpse it looks rich but then you realize there isn't much to eat if you're looking for a healthy start. Only goat yogurt, basic kids' cereal, tasteless coffee, canned juice... Greece should be the capital of healthy and tasty cuisine. Room with sea view: we paid extra for sea view - it was blocked by palm trees... No desk in the room in case you need to work on your laptop. Gym: I can call this a gym. It was well below any standard for a gym. Pool and surrounding - perfect. Pool bar perfect. Staff - very accommodating knowledgeable and pleasant. .

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ όμορφο, πεντακάθαρο και η τεράστια βεράντα ήταν από τα μεγαλύτερα πλεονεκτήματα του καταλύματος. Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικά πλούσιο, με μεγάλη ποικιλία και ποιοτικά προϊόντα, ενώ το φαγητό στο εστιατόριο ήταν πραγματικά πολύ νόστιμο. Θα ήθελα επίσης να δώσω ιδιαίτερα συγχαρητήρια στην κοπέλα της υποδοχής με τα μαύρα μαλλιά, η οποία ήταν ευγενέστατη, χαμογελαστή και πάντα πρόθυμη να μας εξυπηρετήσει με επαγγελματισμό και καλή διάθεση. Η φιλοξενία της έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Ruhig gelegene, wunderschöne Anlage. Großer Außenpool und viel Grünfläche. Abwechslungsreiches Buffet mit tollem Service und sehr gutem Essen. Eine gute Bar mit qualitativ hochwertigen Getränke- und Weinsortiment. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und liebenswert.

Wir hatten die Deluxe Infinity Suite mit Privatpool und waren rundum begeistert. Die Suite war modern, sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der private Pool war definitiv das Highlight – perfekt, um in Ruhe zu entspannen und den Urlaub zu genießen. Das gesamte Hotel ist wunderschön gepflegt und hat eine angenehme, ruhige Atmosphäre. Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und bot eine große Auswahl, sodass für jeden etwas dabei war. Wir würden das Elounda Palm Hotel & Suites jederzeit wieder buchen und können besonders die Deluxe Suite mit Privatpool jedem empfehlen, der einen entspannten und hochwertigen Urlaub auf Kreta verbringen möchte. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Sehr schönen Hotel, nette Leute und schöne Umgebungen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit eigenem Pool, blick aufs Meer. Frühstück auch sehr gut, ausser vielleicht das Kaffee. Aber, dafür eine Kapselmaschine im Zimmer.

We were only there for one night but were especially impressed with how clean the room/property was. We enjoyed the dinner buffet and the wait staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was very spacious and we had a chance to enjoy the balcony for our morning coffee. We would stay here again if in the area.

Très satisfaits de notre séjour, hôtel confortable, bien situe. Suite avec piscine privée, grande terrasse ensoleillée et magnifique vue mer. Petit déjeuner très bien, les autres repas a améliorer en qualité. Spa moyen et cher. Personnel plus ou moins accueillant.

Excellent resort and service

What a wonderful week spent in this lovely hotel, we couldn't find any fault. Our room (607) with its own infinity pool had amazing sea views that were so lovely to wake up to every morning, especially catching the sunrise, the room itself is spacious bright and clean. The staff are all friendly and attentive. We had a few lunches in the hotel, all incredibly tasty. The pool bar is a great place to enjoy cocktails, and listen to some falo music. The town is just a pleasant 20 min walk, where you'll find lots of sea front restaurants and bars to choose from. All in all a fantastic relaxing week in Crete!

We have absolutely loved our stay here! The staff are all wonderful - from the bar and restaurant staff to reception, everyone has been so friendly, helpful and kind and made us feel so at home and comfortable. We can’t thank them enough!!! The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food and drinks are 10/10!!! Cocktails are really delicious and unique, and the food is some of the best we’ve eaten all week - even beating many of the restaurants in town! Lovely views across the bay, and the pool area is so chill and relaxed. Would 100% come back!!!
