The staff at reception both morning and evenings were great and always willing to help. Elize working at the pool bar was brilliant.

The staff are what really make this hotel! Elsa, Panos, Vissi - our hotel was exceptional and you guys helped make it that way!!!

We hade a wonderful stay at Exotica hotel. We stayed for 14 days, and the hotel was very nice and clean. Very nice and helpful staff, and the food was also good with some varietys. I can really recommend this hotel, and we would definately love to come back.

The privat Pool was amazing. Thank your the Trip at your Hotel. Everything was Perfect and the Food was very Tasty.

Poolen öppnade kl 9 och stängde kl 18, det kunde vara öppet lite längre med tanke på vädret. Dålig med pool handdukar. Ingen aktiviteter under dagen.

Fuyez cet hôtel à moins que vous désirez vous retrouver qu’avec des anglais bruyants. All inclusive médiocre, toujours les mêmes plats, mon mari a fait une intoxication alimentaire le 3eme jour de notre arrivée.

Fint hotell med bra läge, ständer och butiker/restauranger inom 10 min promenad. Personalen var snäll och trevliga och hjälpte oss med det mesta, bra service Rummen var ok, kunde vart bättre. Vi hade en trasig lampa över spegeln, problem med duschen, wi-fi var långsamt, lite udda planlösning med badrummet Maten var okej, inte så mycket variation men gott. Hade behövts lite mer solstolar då folk tar dom för sig själva redan på morgonen… själviskt Flygplatsen ligger nära så om man störs av det så boka inte här

This property is a family all inclusive hotel, the locals come here with there kids. Nice place, rooms were big, need to update, bathroom needed a little fixing. but it served our purpose.

Pros : Close to the airport and to some attractions. Food and drinks were good. Cons: it's more of a budget resort than a 4 or 5 star

A group of around 50 people arrived at breakfast time and social distancing was Ignored.

Everything about the hotel was brilliant. Would not hesitate to come here again.

Staff was very helpful from the moment we arrived until we left, nothing was any trouble when we needed to move to a lower level due to my knee problems. Food was plentiful and most day a good variety. The entertainment could do with improving but was okay. Will definitely be back in the future.

La limpieza de la habitacion pésima, tenia telarañas, entraban insectos por debajo de la puerta ... Lo peor el baño: ducha sin separación fisica del inodoro... Todo el lavabo lleno de agua cuando intentabas ducharte...Hotel con más estrellas de las que merece... Atención pésima de la recepcionista a la que le explicamos el problema... Solo se salva la atención de Evi nos hizo todo más fácil...

Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre 811: à fuir, car tous les matins nous avons été réveillé par le personnel de l’hôtel, le va et vient des livraisons et surtout le bruit des compresseurs des chambres froides. Le lit est très dur et n'est pas très confortable. Les taxes de séjour sont excessives. Les serviettes de plage sont fournies contre un dépôt de 25€ et 20€ seront restitués lors de la dépose des serviettes. Elles ne peuvent être changées que tous les 2 jours. La clientèle est essentiellement anglaise, personne ne parle français et aucun effort n'est fait pour nous aider, hormis les réceptionnistes. Points positifs: piscines propres, cuisine correcte, situation assez calme.

Hôtel dans l’ensemble acceptable le grand regret c’est que les buffets sont définitivement formatés pour les anglais. Peu voir très peu de légumes à chaque buffets, plat du pays inexistant. Accueil lors de l’arrivée, hyper expéditif, en 3 min. chrono, enregistrement, bracelet fixé au poignet, taxe de séjour 18€ encaissée au black (pas de quittance) et vous prenez la porte là et vous montez au 1er étage et tout cela sans le sourire de l’hôtesse. Où est l’hospitalité grecque ?

Dejligt pænt rent sted, god afstand til handel og strand. Maden var god til alle måltider. Venligt personale, ejeren var selv en del tilstede og de var meget søde smilende og imødekommende.

If you were not ready for the cleaning lady to come in then she wouldn’t come back on the same day. Also very often forgot about putting toilet paper and hand wash. Had to go to reception to remind them. Overall very nice holiday there.
