Overall the hotel is great and comfy. We very enjoy our stay in Ira Hotel during our holiday.

房間很大乾淨又舒適，服務人員熱情親切，門口及泳池望出去的view很棒，早餐也非常豐盛，是很棒的住宿體驗！

環境優美，適合蜜月之旅，離費拉車程5分鐘左右，但可以由費拉的山棧小道漫步回到酒店，景色令人驚喜，當然，以行走的時間來說大概需時20分鐘-30分鐘，但絕對不會令你覺得沉悶路程。酒店服務員親切友善，更為我們的旅程作出合適的建議，令我們的行程更加完美!!!酒店內的環境更是令我和妻子讚不絕口，位於酒店房間內可以看到聖島美麗的日落，更可以於公共泳池旁拍下日落的美態。更令人感到體貼的是，他們的早餐是可以送到房間內，於清涼的早上，望著一片令人讚嘆的愛琴海，品嘗著酒店為我們準備的早餐，作為一個旅程完美的開始。可惜的是，可能因為入住期是聖島剛開放的時間，各處酒店還是在半準備的狀態下，房間內的洗浴設備出現問題，水壓一直不足，令到洗澡期間感覺煩惱，第二天酒店已找人來進行維修，只能說我們太不幸運了!!整體來說，艾拉水療是一間會令人回味酒店，假如有機會再次到達聖島，絕對會考慮再次入住該酒店。

All staffs are kindly, so cozy and clean every where. If I go Santorini again, I might stay here again.

Staff was the best and the room was a true relaxation

The hotel offers truly fantastic views — the kind you could sit and admire for hours. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Unfortunately, the breakfast was a letdown, and below-average quality compared to the rest of the experience. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for the scenery and location, but there’s room for improvement when it comes to dining.

Cleaning service provided daily, all hotel staff was very kind and professional.

Very beautiful place.The rooms are big, bathroom is amazing, mattress and pillows are very good. The girls did not clean room for 5 days, but they put blanket on the bed, put clean towels and took away bag of garbage. Maybe it was not the season and there weren't enough workers.Breakfast was terrible: one very hard boiled egg, one piece of sausage, one piece of cheese per person, old apple slices on the small cup of yogurt. If you want anything else, you have to pay a lot of money, wait about hour for two soft-boil eggs and you still won't get them, because the woman who has to cook yells at all the workers the whole time. Again maybe it was not the season.

Our room has a perfect view, it’s clean, and all the staff are helpful. We enjoyed our time here!

Overall, IRA Hotel shines for its unbeatable setting and scenic beauty, making it an ideal spot for travelers who value views and atmosphere above all else.

We were really taken care of by the staffs, always there to help at any time . We can’t wait to come back to this lovely place .

This hotel was a great choice for me. It was located about a 15 minute walk from the central station of the buses. The breakfast here is really good and has options for everybody. The hotel was also very clean with stunning views. What made this place exceptionally special, was how excellent the staff were and how knowledgeable and kind they were. Highly recommend staying at this hotel!
