Das äußerst herzliche Personal hat uns das Pech mit dem Wetter vergessen lassen. Die Zimmer sind alles andere als modern, aber urig und sehr sauber, nichts fehlt. Das Frühstück wird umfangreich und liebevoll am Tisch serviert, Sonderwünsche kein Problem, Ausblick ein Traum. Anfahrt ist v.a. bei Gegenverkehr eine Herausforderung, da schmale Straße bis hoch auf den Berg. Trotz sicher infrastruktureller Herausforderung sind Warmwasser & Wasserdruck in der Dusche kein Problem und auch das Wlan / Internet funktioniert beachtlich gut.

If your plan is to hit all the best and most famous beaches in Creete, then Maria’s Villas is your perfect spot. 40 mins from Elafonisi, Falasarna and Balo’s beaches, excellent breakfast, nice pool, plenty of drinks and a view you won’t forget

Friendliness and value for money 5/5. The staff were very helpful and let us check in 7 hours early - which was really amazing as we landed at 4am! Certainly a car is a must to stay here, but then you save money on staying in the middle of nowhere so why not spend that on a car and then you have the freedom. Elafonisi beach (the best beach on the island I saw) is less than an hour drive away. The reasons I couldn't give 5/5 - the bed was too hard, the electricity went twice and the internet was hardly ever working. Very clean and the aircon works really well. the design of the apartments is also good so it doesn't get too hot

Villas Maria ligt midden in de prachtige natuur van west kreta er is een auto nodig om er te komen. Het is niet mogelijk om met de auto bij het het appartement te komen, het parkeerterrein ligt een stuk lager het is niet geschikt voor iemand die slecht ter been is. Het appartement is verrassend groot en met smaak ingericht en wij hadden een prachtig terras het was er 's middags wel erg warm er was geen parasol. Ook was er geen tempurmatras en wasmachine in ons appartement.

We had a wonderful stay. Great location in the mountains and beautiful views. Excellent breakfast everyday and plentyful. Angela and her staff were very friendly and helpful. You need a car as off the beaten track and no public transport. Apartments were nice but basic, not much equipment in the kitchen - no kettle or toaster! Pool was lovely with sun beds and parasols. We ate out most days. Only negative the bed was hard.

A bit hard to find, but worth the trip inland. Great price for this kind of hotel!

Todella mukava ja rauhallinen hotelli, kuitenkin lyhyen ajomatkan päässä monista paikoista. Aivan mahtava pieni henkilökunta joka piti huolta että kaikki oli hyvin koko reissumme ajan. Suosittelen lämpimästi varsinkin niille jotka eivät öisin kaipaa melua!

inappellabile sotto ogni punto di vista. dall'accoglienza, al prezzo irripetibile, la colazione sontuosa cretese (variegata e abbondante)... trovo difficile trovare punti negativi, peccato solo esser stato una notte poichè avevo già prenotato altrove, sennò lì tutta la vacanza!

Very peaceful and beautyful place! If you want relaxing and quiet hotel, that is your choiche. You definitely need a car, hotel is quite far away of everything. Breakfast served to table and all is homemaid and fresh. We had wonderful holiday there, thanks a lot! Hotels. com's GPS-coordinates are wrong, righter ones are N 35.446586 E 23.700000

Vi hade nog otur. Ägaren bortrest och servicen var dålig. Ingen städning av rummet på tre dagar och ingen mat serverades som utlovats. Hotellet var dock mycket trevligt med fin utsikt. Poolen stor och oftast var vi ensamma där. God och riklig men ofexibel frukost. Utrustning för matlagning i rummets kök var dålig.

Kaukana kaikesta hälinästä,mutta lyhyen automatkan pääaaä kaupoista ja ravuntoloista. Hotellilla oli kyllä kiva syödä parina iltana ihanaaa aito-Kreetalaista ruokaa. Jos jotain moitittavaa,niin ehkä hiukan hintava...
