It has own pool, gim, sona. Wery tidy rooms, staff very helpful also cleaners are doing their job properly.
Nice bar, free first meal in the restaurant and variety breakfast menu free every morning. Close to the Santorini centre.

あまり日本語の口コミがなくサントリーニ島の大型ホテルに不安もありましたが期待以上に良かったです。第一に水回りが広くて清潔、バスタブも広い、水びたしにならない、洗面台は広く快適、バスルーム全体が広く水着などを乾かす場所もある。
第二に食事が美味しい。メインレストランは質も量もよく、朝食も豊富でとても美味しくロケーションもよい。
第三に施設全体に空間的ゆとりがあり、パブリック空間はとても広々としている。プールは水深2.7mまでの部分があり大人も大興奮。ビーチベッドもタオルも借りられる。お部屋は独立したビラタイプ。一階のお部屋と二階がある。大通りに面しているカルデラ側の方が眺めがよいが車の音が気になるかも。プールに面している方は眺めは反対側の海でお部屋も暗めになるけどその分静か。
懸念されているフィラ中心からのアクセスは思ったほど遠くない。バス停から徒歩10分程度でフラット、歩道もある。中心地で一番大きいスーパーで毎日買い出しできるのも便利。スタッフのみなさまもあたたかい。またサントリーニ島にくることがあれば泊まりたい。

The rooms were so beautiful and well maintained. The staff we're so helpful, when we asked of things to do or where to eat that provided a list of them to us. He had a volcano view balcony, which was absolutely stunning on the sunset, magical in every sense, words don't even give it justice you have to see it for yourself. As for the bar if there is a good selection of drinks and food

Absolutely loved the hotel and the attentive staff. Great location near to Fira which was a 10 min walk along a decent lit path. Views from the hotel on both sides of the island were stunning. Breakfast was lovely and very relaxing. Pools and sunbeds were lovely, very comfortable and very quiet, no issues in relaxing. Staff were brilliant in all areas. There is a decent gym and games room with free po table and air hockey. Would def return

We had a fantastic stay at The Majestic Hotel. Really great location, walking distance in to Fira and with a wonderful view of the Santorini sunset from the sunset lounge. The staff were all absolutely brilliant, so friendly and helpful. Special mention for Elias and the great cocktails at the pool bar.

Very welcoming and hospitable semi check-in process. We were provided with a welcome drink and front desk lady (Christina) provided us with a map of Santorini with key places to see and visit, as well as where to not waste our time seeing. Provided restaurant recommendations and stored our bags until it was time to check-in. When we did check-in, a different front desk lady (Maria) provided us with info on pool restaurant and upper restaurant lounge but did NOT tell us about the included breakfast and where that was located. We missed breakfast the next morning and it wasn't until I checked our reservations that I recalled the hotel had free breakfast and we had to ask Christina our 2nd morning about it and we were supposed to get a free bottle of sparkling wine with each of our rooms which was never given.
Besides those 2 mishaps, the hotel is in a good location and the pool area is nice. Don't miss out on the included breakfast as it's a decent spread.

Sehr schöne Anlage und nur ca 10-15 min Fußweg vom Zentrum entfernt. Sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück. Sauna etwas zu klein, Dampfbad ok. Pools sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great location and great hotel for a stay on Santorini. The hotel had fantastic views to watch the sunrise and the sunset. The staff was all extremely polite and very helpful. They took care of everything. The food in both restaurants as well as the bar area by the pool was exceptional. The breakfast had a great variety and was very good as well. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Santorini.

Great location. Only a ~10 min walk from Fira's "center" for shopping/eating. Benefit of having privacy, avoiding tourists constantly walking by if you book a room on the cliffs.

You have to be careful when you book this hotel, it is listed 5 star property, but actually it is not, there are plenty of properties around the area, higher standard and same or cheaper price, the rooms are old, the bathroom is old and 1st time I see head shower is from side wall not ceiling , the bed room (Maisonette) is upstairs, the stairs to go up is very risky , especially for people with health issues, the bed is very uncomfortable , the breakfast was very poor, I stayed in Athens and Mykonos prior to Santorini in similar level properties, there is no way of comparison.
Not worth money.
