海景房看出去的海景真的很美

房間廁所不通 洗完澡全部淹水 有待改進

離杜夢灣很近，離Mall有些距離

位置不错，虽然是杜梦湾最里面的酒店，但海滩确实漂亮，很多鱼群。房间设施比较旧，但还算干净，是五星酒店里价格最实际的。

Located at Tumon Bay area, which has a really nice view. Next to the Ipao beach park , which is great for snorkeling. There are a lot of facilities in this hotel, the pools are great, and the front desk is helpful, breakfast time can be extended till 12 o'clock...The only thing I don't like is, I had to wait and ask for three times for room service.

酒店職員很友善，房間整潔，海景非常漂亮，沙灘就在樓下，水清沙幼，很多魚，泳池也很好，餐廳也好吃，非常好的住宿體驗。

度假放鬆的好地方,有私人沙灘可以浮潛

因腳傷這次出國全程使用輪椅。無障礙設施很ok,雖然不是新飯店但內部都有重新裝修並不會老舊，大廳還有提供免費的微波爐可以加熱食物，整體很滿意。

酒吧和沙灘很美，飯店人員都很友善親切 房間內部陳舊，有在床頭牆板上看到很多不知名的小小蟲子

從像詐騙的皇家蘭花逃到希爾頓，像從地獄到天堂。

非常喜歡飯店的無邊際泳池 可是我預定的是兩張雙人床 最後住到的是兩張單人床 感到不太舒服

我帶老婆小孩入住，在綱站上付了錢含三客早餐，但入住時飯店只给我兩客早餐，僅管我顯示出網頁給承辦的櫃台人員看，她仍然用敷衍且不客氣的態度對待我們叫我們跟HOTELS要回我們的早餐，再則加一個小孩早餐要美金27.5元真是貴到離普

-早上到達洒店，男職員告之不能提早入住，說中干12:00才再來。我們到12:00 再往前台，女職員毫無表情/笑容說不能提前入房，要侯至15:00。(那為什麼之前男職員叫我們12:00 回來呢）到15:00 辦理登記的另一位接待女職員笑容親切有礼。行李寄放處大叔也很親切幫助有礼。 -- 房內乾淨，整體好好，睡得很舒服。 -- 樓下行出泳池外就是淺灘，給我不懂游水的很適合，有魚仔，水清澈，十分喜歡。 -- 早餐選擇超少，不推薦。 -- 下次去仍會選擇這間

The first day I checked in, they told me the internet was free. When I checked out, I had to ask them to remove the $15 internet fees, so be aware of the chargers. First night, the water temperature was not stable. The second day, we got a note saying during our third day of staying, there will be no hot water from 9am -4pm. So we decided to not use the the pool during that time and head outside, but then there was "rain" cause it's raining season in Guam... We had to get back to the hotel but with no hot water to shower... So we decide to watch tv in the room, but then cable was down. Wifi was down and phone was down. I had walk all the way to the front desk in my wet clothes, to ask them to fix the interenet tv service. I have stayed in other Hiltons with good memory and comfort, but, if I ever plan a trip to Guam again, I will probably give other hotel a try.

很棒的飯店有私人的海邊不用跟其他飯店共用,有很多泳池可以用，還有發呆亭可以用，教堂拍起來很美，早餐可以吃自助或是吃簡餐可以自己選擇。

不會有下次，因為房間比較污穢

The view from the hote is quite nice, infinity pool and coral beach are the features of hotel

A little bit old especially the bathroom, other facilities are good. Near beach with quiet environment. Not really far from town center.

Everything i touched in the room felt wet even the bed sheets and blanket. The shower was supper small. For $225 i got the view of the parking lot from my room and when i added 1 more day it cost me $258. No bottled water in the room, you had to go to the coffee shop and pay $2-$4 for water. Breakfast for 1 person $38. It looked like you went back in time when you got to your room. I will never go back.

Great location. Helpful staff. Enjoyed my stay.
