焦糖海滩

Small hotel. Reserve same day. When we arrived 15min pass checking time there was only one person in charge. He went to get someone to get the keys. room was not clean so We waited around an hour total, We wanted to enjoy the beach before sunset but room wasn’t available to change. Eventually we just left to the beach which was walking distance for a bit, missed more than an hour waiting for room. It was disappointing since beach was the reason driving there. Amenities say free breakfast but NO, no breakfast. Restroom didn’t have shampoo, soap to wash hands or towels for hands. Pool was ok, that is the only thing kinda good. Hopefully they improve service, is not a bad location.

No hubo desayuno, a pesar que estaba indicado en la reservación de estar incluido. Tampoco dieron el masaje que estaba incluido en la reservación. La música de otros huéspedes fue realmente desesperante, porque había tres bocinas al mismo tiempo con diferente tipo de música al mismo tiempo, con volumen muy alto, hasta las 4 de la mañana y sin que nadie del hotel les dijera nada, fue realmente una muy mala experiencia.

The staff was friendly, the room was very basic. If you are surfing or hanging at the beach all day and just want a decent place to lay your head, it was fine. The pool was fun too. Except for the pool and the AC, there weren’t really any other amenities.

La chambre ne correspondait pas au descriptif, donc avons payé un supplément à l'hotel pour avoir ce que nous attendions. Cependant, la chambre était médiocre. Pas propre, draps troués, robinet brisé, papier toilette vide, fourmis en abondance. PAs à la hauteur de nos attente et même, vraiment décevant de payer aussi cher pour ce service. Cependant, le personnel a été très avenant, gentil et disponible malgré cela.

The room itself is spacious and somewhat clean. Outside the room, the facilities were not as clean.
