Es horrible es una casa particular sin nombre ni identificación visible. además el personal un señor ya mayor te atiende como si quisieras regalada la Noche. supuestamente hice una reservación pero nunca funciono dicha reservación pésimo.

Me dejaron sin habitación, según el propietario no recibió reservación, la plataforma realizó el cobro, me devolvieron en efectivo la reserva, no fue el total ya que la plataforma indicaba un precio y al parecer ellos tienen otro. Al comunicarme al número ni existe. No puedo opinar sobre instalaciones y demás. Además indicaron que la plataforma ya no existe, si ya no existirá deberían de darse de baja, para que nos les pase lo mismo que a mí.

Good value for the price. I have travelled a lot and this place for was great. Own room and private bathroom can’t be beaten in Guatemala City. The area is not the best and it can get loud at night , but it depends on where your room isn’t located. Plus hot shower. You are like 3 minutes walk to the center and everything

Positivo: El encargado fue muy amable.
Negativo:
- El ingreso fue hasta las 4:30pm y no 11:30am como decía hotels.com.
- La habitación estaba bien, pero la única ventana estaba en el baño.
- No nos dieron jabón o shampú.
- La ducha estaba en el mismo espacio que el inodoro (lo cual hacía que se mojara todo después de ducharse).
