The outside from the room is great ! But the room needs a bit more amenities like microwave , coffee maker, fridge and better beds , closets door need repairs as well .
Honestly I expected better rooms we heard from people around the area this hotel was the best of the best and my expectations ware high . They really need to work on those details to make a better stay for customers

El área de snacks tenía poca variedad , después de las 12:30 ya no sirvieron todos los alimentos , únicamente hoy dogs y hamburguesas. Nuestro cuarto olía como a trapo mojado y la opciones de alimentos no son muchas. El precio es elevado para lo que ofrecen. El piso de la piscina necesita mantenimiento

Habitaciones muy limpias y amplias. La comida muy buena (el único detalle es que si van en familia sin plan “All Inclusive” y quieren buffet, es obligatorio que toda la familia compre buffet, no puede comprar solo 1 miembro, aspecto que no me parece bueno).
El personal muy amable, todos muy educados.
La playa limpia. Las piscinas podrían mejorar su estado ya que hay azulejos sueltos y eso lastima, pero visualmente y todo alrededor muy bonito!

Normalmente nos hemos hospedado en Antigua, pero si hay bastante diferencia, en atención y comodidad.
Era de madrugada y los húespedes del lado estaban bebiendo con una gran sonido de muscia, nosotros llevabamos niños fue terrible

Terribly expensive for what you get. All inclusive was a complete joke and a huge rip off!! We left a day early even though we paid for another night. Could not wait to leave.
Food was less than average at best.

The personnel is excellent. They are very polite and hospitable. The pool has mold all over. In general the pool shape really bad. It needs to be remodeled. The dinner buffet is horrible. It tasted like food I can make at home, not like the food a professional chef cooked, which a resort of this category should have. Very mediocre food. I’d give this place a 2.5 star resort, maybe a 3.0 star really pushing it. But never a 4 star like they preaume to be
