A good one-night stay with good service. We left with an early shuttle and had trouble checking out as we couldn't reach any staff by phone or the available bell. Ended up leaving the keys on the counter as we had to go to the shuttle, no issues in the aftermath.

hotel was in a great central location, easily accessed parking lot was secure. water dispenser in the lobby, and pitcher/glasses in the room for convenience. had a great stay while visiting copan!

Sugiero que deben ofrecer desayuno y estar incluido dentro de la reserva. Por otro lado, al inicio, la habitación que me asignaron no tenia buena recepción de internet. Solicité el cambio y al incio resistieron dandome opcion que trabajara en la sala ppr lo que expliqué que neceitaba trabajar con privacidad.
Deben hacer limpieza profunda en el contenedor de agua del primer piso . Es un depósito de agua y estaba sucio.

Parking was safe if in the parking garage. They were remodeling so the pool was not in service, disappointing. Employees were very nice. Great view, if you want to sleep in make sure to get a room off the back.
Over all this was a nice place close to park.
