Very recommend to who want avoid the busy Hongkong.

Tempatnya enak banget, sayangnya jauh dari daerah central, karena ini daerah selatan. Deket sama mtr, deket juga ada 7/11 ada juga starbucks dan beberapa resto dan coffee shop. Overall enak semuanya, servicenya juga bagus. Ada free flow coffee and tea di lobby, lengkap sama cookiesnya. Interior nya juga keren semuanya, mini bar semua gratis dan setiap hari di isi terus. Dapet tote bag gratis juga. Sendal hotel nya juga bagus, bukan sendal hotel yang tipis sekali pake robek. Sayangnya antara satu kamar dan kamar lainnya mungkin kurang kedap suara, karena kita bisa denger suara kamar sebelah lagi ngobrol. Overall suka banget!

Staf ramah, friendly. kamarnya agak kecil (mungkin standard untuk ukuran di hongkong), tapi bersih dan nyaman. Sabun mandi, cuci tangan, dan lotionnya mereka punya scent khusus (menurut penciuman saya bau jahe) bikin relaks. Menu breakfast sangat sedikit, tapi cukup enak. Akses transportasi sangat mudah, dekat sekali dengan MTR dan bus stop. Dekat hotel ada 7-11, beberapa restoran, tidak susah bila ingin makan, overall stay di hotel ini nyaman.

Very near to MRT, 5mnts walk to hotel From MRT, 1 floor down, turn right & cross the the road of traffic light & you will see Pizza restaurant and turn left, then 7 eleven all the way straight Area no food o night life. Room compact & cosy, industrial design. Only has 1 mirror in toilet and 1 socket plug

Excellent hotel in Hong Kong! The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is great and the location is very convenient (near MTR Wong Chuk Hang). Facilities were awesome too - they provide free mini bar, AppleTV and Phillips hairdryer.

Service: The hotel was gracious enough to adjust and reschedule my stay due to my flight being cancelled. The staff was super friendly and accommodating (think of shiny happy people), and the hotel itself provided a lot of freebies! The mini-bar was free (as a welcome package). And coffee, tea, and drinks at the lobby area is also free, which was awesome. Location: The hotel is a short walk away from the Wong Chuk Hang MTR station. So it is quite accessible. Although, be prepared to transfer to multiple train lines if you want to explore Hong Kong since there isn't much to do within the area. Comfort and Cleanliness: The room is quite small, but given Hong Kong's on-going real estate issue, I would say the rooms are par for the course for Hong Kong standards. The lobby is a bit more spacious, and quite comfortable if you just want to hang around the area. The room and amenities are in good condition and are very clean. The hotel has this artsy industrial vibes to it.

We were not expecting Southern Territory (Wong Chuk Hang station) to be that quiet so staying at a modern dynamic style hotel with breakfast included was a good decision. The hotel itself is unlike any other hotels we have visited. It is like hotel and hostel's long lost son who decided to make a good fortune and turned out better than good. The quiet area & cool vibes are great feats if you get easily tired by crowds like us. 24 hour lounge to wind down is a great transit between the city and your cool room. Not mentioning a small gym and free laundry room with dryer. Thought we won a lottery! Breakfast menu were simple but always good enough to start our day. (It got really busy between 7.30am-8.30am). The room was small but still bigger than those in Mong Kok area. Facilities were great with AppleTV, good proper Phillips hairdryer (wife said so, must be true), free mini bar (yes, you got that right. FREE), and arguably most importantly good toiletries (I mean it!). Cleanliness and friendliness were top notch (at least for a clean freak like me). We are already planning a comeback and surely next time we'd be more prepared!

Good hotel. Around 10 minutes to nearest mrt, but there's no variety of food around.

Now I understand why this place is the highest rated in its class! Fantastic! When I checked in, I had a concern, I expressed it to reception, the friendly staff took care of it immediately. The rooms are immensely comfortable, and unfortunately I only just realized this on my 4th night of a 5 night stay, the minibar. Contents are free! This place rocks!

Stay was great, the hotel is very nice & clean, free self service laundry is one great value, and near from train station.

Great hotel, will stay again but location is very far too other place... But I'm very enjoyed with it. 😍

Lokasi sepi dan jauh dari kota, tapi dekat dengan motor wong chuk hang. Saat check-in dikenakan deposit 500 HODD tetapi akan dikembalikan saat check-out. Stafnya ramah. Kamarnya termasuk kecil untuk boutique hotel tapi termasuk lumayan besar untuk ukuran hotel di hongkong. booking tanpa sarapan tapi tetap mendapat free mini bar (juices, mineral water, soda, beer) dan loot bag free snacks.

Nice hotel room with great amenities. What really spoilt it for us was the service or lack of. It started with some smoker setting off the fire alarm at 250am and being rudely awakened and going down to reception being worried. The next day where we didn't get very much rest, we went back to the hotel at 4pm to try to nap and was rudely awakened by housekeeping shoving a letter from management about the fire alarm. No complimentary breakfast or gift for the incident. To top it they decided to wash the corridor floor and were laughing and talking really loudly from 4 to 6pm. Needless to say we didn't get any rest. In addition housekeeping barely cleaned as there clearly was still dirt present. She also failed to replenish the tea, coffee, creamer and body lotion. Checking out the next day, the receptionist was on the phone and did not acknowledge my presence until she got off the phone minutes later. Then she insisted I had to hand her my copy of the original receipt for my deposit. At no point during the check in was I told to hang on to it because I would need to show this upon checking out to get my deposit back. She was rude and unable to explain clearly that she could also accept a copy of my ID to evidence the money was going to the right person. The room was great but for a SPG hotel group service was not up to standards.
