The staff are super nice, the hotel is clean and comfortable and the parking is easy and convenient, it is a great location if you want close access to the sky lagoon, I would recommend the hotel.

Not upto expectations. Rooms even if asked to clean doesn't get cleaned properly. No bedsheets are changed even if asked. No fridge no microwave no phone. Staff was friendly.

L'hotel est très bien en soi mais mal insonorisé et toutes les portes de l'hotel font un vacarme fou en se refermant se qui nuit vraiment à la quiétude et au sommeil. Hotel bien situé, beau grand stationnement, employé courtois et efficace mais q la qualité du repos a vraiment souffert du bruit des portes et ascenseurs. Si vous avez le sommeil léger regardez d'autres alternatives

This is a great option for people with a rental car because the hotel has a parking which is included in the price. About 12 minutes from downtown Reykjavik. We stayed 2 nights, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was basic but had enough options. Customer service was great, especially the guy who works the overnight shift, he was always friendly, helpful and just all around welcoming.
