If you like a theme, stay here! Very cool feel. The winds were absolutely screaming all through the evening and overnight, so if you're a light sleeper, beware! We had so much fun here.

Parking was easy and plentiful. There were great ocean views and I loved the traditional Icelandic Fishing Village Vibe. The hot tub and hot water from the shower were extremely hot. They also had a strong sulfur smell due to nearby geothermal activity. Bottom line - I would stay here again and recommend it to others

Favorite stay of our week-long trip! Great views, northern lights, very clean, wonderful hot tub and sauna on the rooftop that is shielded from the wind but able to look out over the coast. Loved it all. Would definitely stay here again.

I couldn’t find the hot tub, or the staff to ask where it was. Check-in was NOT smooth and I was kept waiting in the cold for 20 minutes before somebody came to unlock my unit, which was supposed to be unlocked already. Luke-warm water in my unit. They only had packets of instant coffee.
While the view is beautiful, and it is secluded, pack your own food and drinks. Expect no service or help with anything. And if you want the hot tub, only book the units with a private hot tub so you can actually access it.

Parking and check in were super easy (you just walk into your room). It's in a very unique location. I was only there for a short time so I couldn't really test every amenity, but other guests seem to be enjoying the sauna

The Fisherman's Village was absolutely amazing! The location is breathtaking and the sound of the ocean put us to sleep every night. The room was spacious and comfortable. The sauna and hot tub was a perfect end to everyday of exploring Iceland. Easy parking. A wonderful stay.

TV was not working on the first day. Called up the hotel and they changed our room at the same day. Free parking on the premises and overall a good holiday stay. Only thing to consider is that your nearest food shop is like 5-10 minutes drive away. But the pizza place near it (Forsettin) had the most absolutely divine pizzas we've ever had.

I was SO glad we booked here. It was the only way we saw the northern lights. Having a place where we could park free was a game changer. It was quaint and quiet, and the rooftop sauna and hot tub were a nightly delight. A classic Icelandic setting, so much more memorable than any common hotel chain.

Chambre propre et bien équipée, beaucoup de place pour se garer juste à côté. Les décorations du resort sont très jolie. L'emplacement en bord de mer est beau, mais peut être très venteux. Nous avons testé et apprécié le sauna et le jaccuzzi. Un petit déjeuner inclus dans la salle de restaurant aurait été top

Great location for northern lights and cozy spacious rooms! Host messaged about room number to check into 2 days ahead. Hot tub and sauna are on the roof of centermost rooms of property. Oddest thing was tea bags with sugar, but its the only place I've ever stayed with no coffee machine?
