The location of the property, the ambience, the hospitality of staff members, the food, and the Ayurvedic massage center were excellent. There's no elevator in the property, so if you are travelling with individuals who have difficulty walking, you must ask for a room on the ground floor.

The hotel is perfectly located with excellent views. The rooms are clean. The staff are very helpful. The restaurant is excellent. The ayurvedic wellness centre is also very good. We enjoyed our stay. The room can be equipped a bit better: With a bit more storage space, with more hooks/shelves in the bathroom etc. The hotel does not have a bar (as a part of their group policy). At this point, vehicles larger than Innovas cannot access the hotel directly. But the Hotel provides a very prompt jeep pick up and drop to the point where larger vehicles drop you (about a km away)

The stay at the hotel was really a nice experience. The view was exceptionally beautiful even from the restaurant. The staff (reception, house keeping, restaurant) was friendly and catered to all our requirements. One issue was that the hotel was situated in a bit remote area, so if we wanted to get to the town, we would have to take our car and drive for a few minutes. Overall the experience was good.

The property and location are awesome. But the staff are non- cooperative and inexperienced. I had my trip on March 30, 2017. Room 109. Wouldn't recommend for families looking for lively atmosphere. If you don't have your vehicle, you will have terrible time. The staff won't arrange anything for you. My family felt like an uninvited guests in the hotel.

The hotel is great. Moreover the staff are very kind and always look forward to make your stay better. One area where the rooms can be made better is by providing personal lockers. So, keeping this aside, the resort is one among the best places around.

The room was a bit too small for my liking, but clean. The food was decent. But there is nothing special considering the amount of money you pay. What I liked most about this hotel was the view from the restaurant. Breakfast buffet can be improved vastly, both in terms of variety and quality.

Excellent hotel , worth the price ,nice view frm hotel

Our family had a very comfortable stay at Abad Copper Castle. The hotel employees were very polite and was always helpful. Breakfast Buffet was one of the best we had.Will surely visit again.

The stay was comfortable with a great view of misty mountains through the french windows.. we could open the windows and then we hear the sound of flowing water from the adjacent river and dam site,... that was so relaxing to the nerves... a stroll on the balcony was memorizing with great view... Hotel cleanliness was above decent. Buffet spread and food was tasty..loved paneer tikka masala. They are misers in not providing a complementary slippers in d cold weather and price seems slightly excess.. all inclusive 2700-2900 would have been psychologically great

The location is good. Could have been a better comfort

One of best locations in Munnar. Because of the cliff-location, gentle, cool breeze keeps the environment cooled down. The place is clean too. The only irritant is wifi.(Although it is available, it is so slow)

had a pleasant stay at the hotel , hotel furniture could have been a spoiler but the location of the hotel made up for everything, the staff was pretty helpful.

This is our first time trip to Munnar and plan was to drive. So required a place having secure car park, decent room with good view of valley/hills and good restaurant having variety of foods. Without knowing all these I have booked the hotel and found it matched. Very good location (probably all the good resorts are on that road), nice view from windows and balcony (clouds are entering through and almost whole day), Nice restaurant, serving great foods (buffet lunch and dinner available and price is minimum) . They have secure car park and good garden and small kids play area. Nice cleaned bed and towels(better than many star hotels in India). Behavior of the lady receptionist and the restaurant stuff , security guards are excellent. All together it's a nice stay for 4 days and 3 nights. The negative points are the toilet (just basic), inside room needs refurbishment (little old and over used furniture). It's excellent place to stay in mid budget range.

Poor management of the reservation. Average service provided by the hotel. Only Advantage of the hotel is the location at which it is situated and scenic view from the room.
