The guest relations staff was really great. So helpful, proactive, going above and beyond. The restaurant staff could have been more attentive, but the front desk, guest services, and housekeeping staff were amazing. I will definitely stay here again on my next business trip to Bangaluru.

It has been fantastic stay. Rooms were clean and tidy. Fixtures were good and all worked properly. View from window has been nice, you see the main road through it and that is quite exiting. Service is nice and staff is very polite and helpful. Overall a great hotel to stay with.

The hotel is a bit below the Marriott next door, but way better for the price offered.. my colleague and I booked together, he got the Marriott next door, and by the time I booked the price was too high, so I booked the Fairfield.. but have no regrets .. the staff is excellent and service great.. the room was a bit small, but I don’t expect a large room in Fairfield either.. would definitely recommend

This was my first time in India, but I've stayed at a few places during this stay. The Fairfield was the best experience by far. Every employee was extremely friendly and helpful; any time I had a moment of uncertainty about where something was, or what I was going to do next, someone was there to help me out (shout out to Ashish at the front desk who was especially helpful).
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. I slept better here than I usually slept at home. This is probably where I'll stay the next time I'm in Bengaluru.
